Easier for guys in certain stables who have EV deals, multipliers don't matter to them

yeah id rather feel the heart ache of losing a big mutiplier than winning one and sending 999k of it to someone else lol see some guys bricking 200x spins and then there in a 2x with u moments later, i need to go woosahh not as zen as most lol

cliffs got absolutely smashed at $100s over 1500 games or like 4 chips per game embarrasing, but a blip in the road, picked up a ton of stupid leaks i never had before no idea why new stake jitters or w/e so back to to 60s as of yesterday (sun) my first sesh back i spun and lost my biggest spin $14400 2 reg with cosmo1 and poker.kgd, this one stung alot!!! will update my horrid 100s graph, some thoughts as to why i failed so misserably and trip reports from canada and punta cana later on for now going to wallow in self pitty and watch something to try lift morale on tv

so update time, and some very bad mixed with some very good... on the poker front , spins at least, i got to the $100s as u seen me bragging all about a few pages back.. well no sooner than 1500 games or so later and i moved my self back to the 60s, just go hammered started off really well was prob just CD was snap +11k or somthing redic was fistpumping, then it just was bang average for a long long time, i was getting hammered by the regs, and the fish, just got bent over, i think a mix of things, new stakes, new regs, new styles of play, new multipliers everything was a bit exciting/overwhelming anyway heres the graph of shame....

exactly 0 chips per game, not even beating rake :s needless to say this has took the wind out my sails by a huge bit, wel get the head down and do what it takes, pretty confident il work harder than 90% of people when it comes to it been setting alarms for 4am getting up and training then prepping food for the days then grinding, studying 4/7 days prob, actualy my volume has been terrible the last few months, think its a mix between not wanting to be a losing bum **** and spending to much time trying to solve something that i cant really put my finger on....

in that time i managaed to brick a $12000 and $14,400 spin my 2 biggest also which has made me extra meh... lucky to spin em i guess so shouldnt even bring it up, wubblepig has played 50k spins+ and never had bigger than a 25x has anyone else have this size of sample or close and not had a JP? lol seems redic...

anyway enough depressing loss storys, so we went to canda

it was cold, but amazing, met so many heroes and friends ive spoken to/played with for over 2-3 years in the flesh, its always a little weird when u meet folks uve spoke to online u know each other a bit but not the whole picture was a bit nerve wracking but everyone i met was a top lad, had some hilarious nights out with the goats in vancouver AKA spektah, earl hindman, bubbleoutcas, fonz87, wubblepig, chainsawdonk, grindation (who missed the afformentioned goat night out) and jonnydayton was incred all on the white russians whilst we played some games then got to business, ended up in some latino night club were wubblepig got throttled by some essay at the bar for being a white piece of **** in his club lol i never seen/remembered this was to busy holding the bar up doing jagger bombs til failure with earl and chainsaw lol then some how ended up walking about at 4am with a huge box of fireworks shooting them at each other in downtown van lol how we never died/arrested was a mystery, the place was stunning the food was incred to, we also hopped up to whistler to see the lads who spin up there AKA ekko1, alexjones ,MDgordon (sick rapping skills) and 360flip, who we went and visited for a few hours, we should of made the trip earlier and stayed over these dudes have the bossest grid pad ive seen, and its a jackpot magnet lol i jokingly said im gonna fire off a table on there IP logged in the wifi and spun a 25x lost infront of every one ofc HU to a fish so yeah BC was awesome

also stayed in toronto with jackstack and his GF were we all hungout and was alot more chilled there, got to meet rudi and jigz-flipping long time stable mates, hustled jack at pool so he agreed to a night of drinking and we went to niagra falls and stayed in the hilton and got wrecked in the casino, was a night of much hilarity, and shame (from my seemingly endless urge to be naked in the casino) never got tasered, went n seen the waterfall the next day.... it was stunning but the black squirel we seen was way better thing was up close and wanting fed, have pics and vids il upload later...

next up i went to punta cana dominican republic with all the UK heroes, to play the live $2750 $2m guarantee, this was a great mtt greatly run and structured, was super soft to i had above average stack on day 2 and chipped up nicely from the outset despite being at a much tougher table than day 1... but out hand id be interested to here what people think as a bluff vs a good young eatern european guy (seemed solid sizings etc may not be exact was weeks ago)

blinds 500/1k we have 70k he has us covered, he makes it 2400 in MP we 3b to 6k with JsQh he tank flats after eyeing my stack,,

flop KhJh4s he checks, we check behind turn 8c he bets 9k we call river comes 10h and he quite quickly bets 19k we think for 30 secs and jam. we have a great blocker hand here, and put his 1 pair and 2 pair value range in a horrible spot imho he nearly jumped awake when i jammed took his headphones out and started looking at me and talking ranges aloud... he tanked for like 5 mins, some old local called clock on him and he wasnt happy about this he then asked for the exact count seen he had 25bbs left after the call and made it last minute with AK no heart, we had no history im not sure if my bluff bad or his call bad, i fold in his shoes readless... he said just before he asked for the count 'hes capable, he could have the JQ with the Qh' lol i was like ok GG stack if he is thinking that, and that was the end of the tourney, never played anything else there,

firaldo my room mate won the $5k WPT for a crisp $355k ****ing bawse that he is <3 u man, i blame his win on the fact we sat nude and drank beer and watched braveheart after day 2 (he had 9bbs) after he ran up a stack he never came out on the beers focused and got the win,

beginner27 who was also with us won the mini ST for $18k whilst there to i railed live and had a beer or 4 while he done the job GG eddy

ludo stayed for a extra week him and deanky went on a 7 day bender and (forget guys name irl might be steven?) myleftfoot1 all stayed on and got ****ed up and came home and irishman ships the mil outright, ludo wins the 215bb, 3rd in the hot 55, and chops the sun 1k HU...

morale of the story is everyone who went to punta won absolute chunks... i lost my shoes and loads of money at 2/5 game (which was great btw and is meant to run all time)

so that brings us up to date, im back pidging about at the 60s for now, doing OK not great, have a coaching session with some absolute goat i dont wanna name drop him dunno if im allowed yet, excited as hes apparently one of the best leak finders in the game, and boy do we have a ton of ****ing leaks

hopefully the next update will be of my own success and not eveyone elses

only played a few hundred, will post if we ping something decent, its nice playing low stakes mtts were everyones terrible, the spin climate at 60s+ even some 30s days ur playing against really good or solid regs alot of the day, u need to be very good to make money in these games, or live in a cheap ass country unfortunately the UK isnt one of them lol

the one thing i miss is the freedom of spins, when grinding mtts i get 5 mins every 55 and am in for 10+ hours somedays lol but i usualy have 7+ fish at my tables so much more fun, same heartache as losing a big multiplier with relevance to losing a flip/pot deep in a mtt. just need to embrace the variance and grind my ass off, will post some MTT updates starting end of month if anyone gives a **** about poker with antes and over 25 bbs (puke) hows the grind been ronaldo? hope ur crushing mate

I so lazy friend never work i idiot. 500 game last month, only 4000 this year!!! EV Roi is 6.6 so is good, chip ev 71.3 need improve 3h as only 25.
At least mtt make you have to do long session so have to play a lot and cant be lazy like me was, maybe you as well? And is better good feelign if win mtt so hope it pays off for you and gets lots of good trips and food from it!!!
