So, Week 3 was not a good one for me. I made my way up over a thousand where I said I would slow down on the bet sizing, but instead I bet big only to take a couple of bad beats (at least IMO ). Fortunately, my parlays came through to start Week 4, and I am now going to try to implement some actual bankroll management ITT. I am also planning to withdraw that top-off and a little extra tomorrow most likely. I will have my updated bankroll tomorrow.

On the goals front, I also did quite poorly. I did not get any meditation in until Wednesday, but I did meditate three straight days to end the week. I also did not get started with BJJ yet either, and only one run happened. I must do better this week.
