Hey guys, i will start a really agressive brm challenge and I will use this topic as a way to motivate me and keep me on the right path to be successful.

The approach I will take is called Tankroll-BRM (I can share some info from it if someone is interested)
PS: I didn't create it

Today was the first day and i started with 50$ playing reg tables of 5nl, been crushing the tables and after morning and afternoon session I'm up to 76.17$.

I'm still going to play a night session today and let's see how it goes, i will make the update after I finish it.

Well it's a really agressive way to manage, as you will see in the picture:

But basically i will give extremelly risky shots on higher limits and i hope my past experience will help me and some run good!

Finished the last session of my first day in this challenge, basically i had an hard start but got better at the end!

Most money is being made on big value river shoves vs fish, sometimes even with just top pair. Was expecting this at this limits, lets see where this will go!


PS:wont play this weekend, but next week i will make an insane grind!!!

How many tables are you playing? This is very aggressive unless you're one-tabling. (It's very aggressive anyway, but.)

I looked at this when I was planning my challenge, but I wanted to play 2+ tables and I don't like having strict lines from playing one stake or another, I like to have a little cushion so I'm not playing one orbit and then having to go back down.

So, for instance, I'm about to move to 50nl with $400. I move to 100nl when I have $800 or drop back to 20nl with $200. So I have a few buyins to work with.

Well I understand what you saying, it has alot of variance! But I trust on my skill on this limits and I think i will be more challenged in 50nl+ to be honest. well at nl5 im picking the best tables sometimes it goes between 6 or even 8.

The level of the players only require abc poker and when you want to make a more solid play vs regs you still have some room.

But when i move up on limits specially on 25nl and upper i will restrict myself to 1 or 2 tables for sure. and i will play super agressively my made hands, or at least its the strategy i have been thinking about. Bluffs on this strategy will be quite hard to be made, and i will post the ones i might try if a decent spot comes up! (kinda interested on what will come on this part)

After the weekend out, i had to play a few hands before sleep, and it went decent, I will hit 10nl really soon. my prediction goes for last session tomorrow or going fresh to it on the next day. The update goes:

Day 2

Basically i have been playing bad, and running against top range of fishes most of the time, i might do one more big session late night, and lets see if i can put it back on the track!

Today will be the 3rd day playing for this challenge, I'm going to crush it today and at the end i will show how ****ing easy this **** will be! LETS GO

Yesterday things went better however i keep going against fish top range most of the time, today i will put alot of hands and i will share some of the hands.



As you can see the graph speaks for itself... but better days will come!

Fixed some stuff on my game on this lower limits, and things got better at the end of the day, however still lost some money. Running bad specially on big pots. I won't quit the challenge even if its going really bad but lets grind this!!!!

I don't have much to say, made some mistakes today, however I getting smash by variance! we lost to some crazy stuff, but ready to fight again tomorrow, the bank is gettng short but i think i wont use the coins to get 10$ free yet, if i get to 20$ I might do it.

The positive aspect of this challenge is that at least im not running this bad in higher limits

First session of the day, and after a break to refocus and analyze some spots that i was leaking from stubborness it went pretty good! I KNOW IM GOING TO GO UP LIMITS TILL WEEKEND JUST WATCH ME!


I know we are just to where we started and the amount of money isnt that big, but soon it will go much interesting! KEEP ON FOLLOWING!

Just played the last session of the day, and got one more buy in which is nice, but could have been much better! Looking forward to get out of nl5 and start battling for some more money, and putting the br in risk more often!

Today i had a long day and couldnt play that much however i had 2 really awesome sessions, one in the morning and one of around 1h that just ended now! and the bank went 4 buyins up! Lets not ruin this like before! and keep going for it!

Day was going positive by 1 buy in, till this last session, didnt play my A game however i felt i was a bit unlucky in some spots. Tomorrow i will go to 10NL for sure!!! i know it!

Im going to grind till 91$ and use my 1k coins to boost the br to 101 and give a shot at 10nl. Not sure if im going to play zoom or reg tables, from what i remember zoom are super soft. So i might try this first shot there!

Lets kill this 5nl tomorrow!

Day 8-9

Well how i start, day 8 was the worst day of the challenge so far, i lost around 6 buy ins how ever i manage to put myself up again and had an amazing day today!
tomorrow i will go full mode, and i will make something diferent from what i said before. i will get to 101$ and then i add the 10$ from coins, so i can play nl10 more chilled! lets grind this!!!

Finally got to 10nL!!!! YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAH

Bankroll:106.46$ (10$ with coins)
Limit:5NL

I will instantly move to nl5 if i get to 95-97$ and i will try zoom, so lets see how this will be, its a big shot in the dark! and i will try to post the hands of the biggest pots! LETS GO!

So today i played 10nl zoom and it started really good, about 2 buy ins up, and ended up loosing it all at the last session. Not really worried about the loss, but lets crush this. Zoom is a risk however im using the 40+ big blinds strategy, basically i leave the table everytime i reach this mark and go back to a new table. loosing a 100bb stack will punish the br alot, imagine if i loose 150+...
