Hi all, I'm a 24 year old poker player / student studying Property Surveying from Scotland.

The goal of this thread is relatively simple, make a lot of $$$ before Xmas. I will then make a contribution to those less fortunate during the festive period. The better I do, the more I donate.

I hope to achieve these goals by playing Spins, mainly $100s.

I come from a HU Hyper background (have had a couple threads in the past) so this new Spin format is interesting to me despite it being a lot higher variance :/. The appeal of these games though are you can win big (although i have lost the 2 100x I have been part of ) and the more easily obtainable VPPs.

Currently I am on approximately 150k VPPs for the year and aim to make 300k total.

Here are my current graphs up until the end of September. I don't check my results or cashier until roughly 2 weeks into the month, this helps me not to obsess with very short term results. So far i believe it has worked well.

Where about in Scotland are you from?

You're playing way higher than I ever did but played a decent amount of $15 and under heads up hypers in the past myself, fun times!

mcmillan isnt really local but very good charity, for one thats local the st andrews hospice in ayrshire cares for terminal cancer cases of all ages, we raised £30k for them last year as my uncle was in there def a good one as they need £50k a month to stay affloat and are total charity funded , just some ideas man

UPDATE



Since I last updated i did bink a 10k spin (thanks Kobmish for the spoiler). That was a really fun one to win and have a +$50k hourly
I won a flip vs A13X_J0nes ATss>88 and then had the biggest fish HU who min donked every hand on all 3 streets which was nice

Since that I have downswung the exclusion of spinwiz, and more recently skype chats, have made the games a lot tougher for sure but I'll keep battling and trying to improve.

I am on course to make 50k vpps this month (at ~29k vpps) which I'm happy with. I'm going to Edinburgh at the end of the month for a couple days with a few friends so I'll hopefully have hit the elusive 50k by then.
