Ok so far so good. I felt like I played pretty well today.
I know it sounds pretty silly to a lot of u, but I managed to keep skype closed and all the other distractions besides some music in the background for the 2 sessions I played.
Not sure how I feel about my overall mental performance today, since I ended up on the day. I do think the lack of distractions helps in that regard though. Only time will really tell .
I dont think I've played a lot of interesting hands today, here 's a few bigger pots.

Good luck, nice results! Keep posting ...

The last AA hand.. you think he'll ever show up with worst on a Q74r? I dont see him getting to the river with a lot worst then QQ AA Ax cc and 86s (especially he shoves river) - Given the size of the pot, i wouldn't expect him to ever bluff, so I assume we s i g hhhh call river. But is b/c there the best play in your opinion (now being off the table?)?

What do you think about his river play?

I guess he thought I had no bluffing range and wanted to freeroll with AA and potentially get called by KK. I dont think we can fold given the price we are getting. i'm sure there's people that might level themselves into folding thouggh. I wasn't happy when he jammed obviously. turned out good though luckily

I just had to quit my first session of the day , cos I started to get pretty upset, and even managed to type something in chat. Even though it wasnt mean , I felt the frustration was about to overwhelm to the point where I was gonna make some mistakes.

well the session was going well up until MrIrockHoes/ndscott initiated his godmoding hu at the euros tables. Dont think I won a pot over 40 bbs in the 80 min we played. After i 3barreled a hand I normally wouldnt even cbet in the 1st place I knew that it had gotten to me, so I started to focus a bit more, and try to inject logic. It worked for another 20min and I felt like i mite be over the hill up until he stacked me a couple more times, at which point i had to quit, before melting down completely.this is a good thing though, it allowed me to recognize another leak in my mental game. Whenever I feel like someone is smashing the deck vs me and I'm just card dead , i have a hard time accepting it, and remaining patient and solid. Prolly one of my biggest leaks. Here's a perfect example :

I dont think I have much to comment about how bad this is. ^^

I definitely feel much better after this small entry, and will probably play another session later on.
One more thing I might have to add to my goals list is to stop starting multiple tables once I play more than 6 tables. Given Im using zoom500 now to start off sessions , until i got enough 1k games going, it would probably make sense to quit that completely and to only play 3handed which would be more than fine.
It's definitely a bit of a science, despite seemingly easy to some others who only play up to 6 tables, to find out what ur sweet spot is , when u can play up to 24 tables like I do. After analyzing my database last nite I realized that i was winning a lot more playing 1-16 tables and that the added 8 were simply hurting my bottomline.I go from a 3.3bbs to 5bbs all stakes combined if i woulda dropped those added 8. I think if i had a script or would have any sort of table selection than playing up to 24 would be a completely different story, since its always gonna be full tables, and the pace is much slower. But since I wont change my mentality regarding that I definitely think my sweet spot is up to 16. I will probably only play 3handed from now on unless it's a guy I really think I have big edge on. Besides the one swede or another there's not really any bad regs who will start tables though at 1k so that would be more of an exception than anything else. I mean I never even played Hu really besides starting tables, so I definitely dont think its plus ev for me if im playing a few tables.

I'm not sure if Im gonna keep updating this blog daily, but I'm gonna try, at least any time I will play. I mean hopefully down the line, i will have succeeded in getting my mental game to a level where it wont be as much of an issue. Im pretty excited about the next couple of months, these small changes in course, if I can keep them up of course, should have a really positive effect on my overall results, pleasure and wellbeing in the longrun.

I ll end this with a couple more hands:
