Thank you to Bena for taking time out of his busy life to write up this investigation report. He told me that it took him less than an hour but after reading the post, I feel like it took him a lot longer. We should be grateful that we have someone like this in the community who, despite being so convinced that something shady was going on, was still willing to look through Jez’s database to see if he had any possible defensible claim. A true gentleman and an asset to the community.

As for the evidence, I think Bena summarises everything quite well. I don’t know if there’s anything more I can bring to the table regarding the incident. I understand there are a few concerns that they can split the profits or have some off table arrangement however I know that they do not. I don’t know how to prove this (whether its even possible) but if they are defending A8o vs each other’s 3x MP RFI (high rake – 3bb at 1/2) they are probably not working together. Either that or the two of them are the biggest morons and love paying rake.

At the end of the day Jez did **** up by being on call which lead to the temptation of telling his friend his cards. I understand that the other player’s on the table would not appreciate this and moving forward he will not be on comms with his friend whilst playing poker.

How about a ****ing apology for all the false accusations you made?

What accusations did I make that were proven to be false? I see that Bena did his best to sumarize the evidence that was provided by the accused and did a great job at that. Unfortunately this does nothing to prove innocence.

Everyone can ask yourself if you would feel good about playing 3 handed with jez and his friend while they are communicating with each other. I know my answer.

Also if anyone wants to try to explain how a database review is going to prove there is no hole card sharing that would be great.

I mean look at this hand for example if jez did what he said he should have done and told his friend his hand...he would have checked the river and jez would have bet with the nuts. Would soemthing like that be easy to spot in a database review?

Sorry for the derail but why would you not go any further than that? Maybe it would prevent people from getting cheated.
