Again good day, put in the 8h grind, no pushups for me.
Should keep closer track of the quality of my sessions tho.
I would say 8.5 for today overall.
Not taking naps and just sleeping as much as I need, in one go. Still, going to bed around 6AM which sucks.
My flight from Malta to Romania had a 4.5h delay and it seems I can ask for compensation, interesting.
Got a gym membership the night I got here, doing good there, did 100kg benchpress yesterday, 120kg deadlift today, maybe should tone it down next few days.
