Managed to do my 10kgames in a month so back to this thread now

After last month decided to have 4 days off just to chill and not have to think much about poker. Going to be moving up to $60s now though. Going to be a lot of reg matches but that's fine, I fee like I'm at my strongest two tabling a reg and makes games more fun. Not going to be playing a ton of volume but going to be reviewing sessions and just solidifying ranges. I do way too much guessing my ranges in spots where I could easily just crev it. Might still have some idea where I'm feeling lazy and just two table at $30s for a bit though.

Decided to just have a fairly low volume day for 1st day back, didn't play too much and when I was playing $60s decided to one table and really think things through, keeping notes of spots I wasn't sure about and reviewing them later. Ran a lot of Ax into better Ax and into PPs quite a lot but felt fine with how I played for the most part:

First impression on 60s compared to 30s? Played mostly regs today?

Hard to have much of an impression over such a limited sample. Given I've been willing to play the best $30s regs and also sometimes sit $60s-$100s regs at $30s I'm not really struggling playing there or feeling lost v anyone in hands yet.

Yea mostly regs, probs like 5% fish 95% regs. Generally if a reg sits I will play till my session is done though which means a lot of my volume is going to be v regs.

Pretty nice day. Feeling way more confident playing $60s than a few month ago. Last time tried doing this only had 3k profits for the year and now I'm over 20k so as long as I feel like I'm playing well I don't need to worry about having to move down and I'm fine with just absorbing losses whereas last time I was less skilled and having to constantly keep an eye on br and losing 10bis was a huge chunk of my roll.

Just gotta keep grinding away, might try and read Will Tiptons book as well, see what I think of that.

Ok so update for past few days. Started watching breaking bad so have played zero hypers, just finished season 3 so 2 more series' to go and I will be back grinding again. Have played a few WCOOPs though and lost a bit till HU today. Got through 5 matches to day two, final 64 and at table 1 Only have 80% of myself though (swapped 10% with the letdowns dopey and shifty). Here's hoping for some more wins.

Not played much recently, somehow got into the habit of being lazy . Gonna start upping volume against though since I'm back at uni in 12 days.

Came 21st for 2.5k in wcoop HU event though, would've been nice to get just a little bit more run good since pretty much all big names I recognized from day 2 had gone but alas, it was not to be. Don't seem to have a graph since the last update, tried to purge some observed hands (since they were messing up my graphs v regs that I'd clicked to see who else they were playing) but apparently I purged more than I meant to. 60s have been going quite well still though, always nice for confidence when you are getting solid ev.

Been having sharky/ps issues past few days. Everything workings now so gonna start aiming for 150+ games every day. Also started playing $100 HU MTTs at 5:30 and 5:45, might stop doing that though since I'm not entirely sure I'm rolled for them, already down $400 in 4 games.

This is my hypers month so far (not quite sure how I have such bad volume lol) no ev though since I've somehow deleted quite a few of my $60s:

Sucks balls to run bad when you move up, think I've managed to have to move down at every single limit I've ever moved up to, quite the record. Hopefully deep enough rolled now to be able to weather any variance I may incur. In hindsight my first shot with 50bi was probably not the greatest of ideas.

Graph since last one, still not playing much recently and back at Uni soon so probably won't be updating a lot for the next week or two. 60s have been quite frustating so far, done fairly well v most regs I played but running pretty bad v fish (down ev at 30s as well). Just standard AT into AK type spots and failed bluffs, still think I'm playing well though so not really worried, just gotta grind it out and wait for the upswing

Now I'm settled back at Uni will hopefully be getting back into the swing of thing and putting 100g/day in and getting that final 30kvpp for supernova. Just going to play 30s for the time being whilst I sort out getting a backup connection, don't really want to play 60s w.o backup. Also gonna try working on game selection at 30s slightly, not quite sure my current methods are particularly good. Even just turning sharky on might help a bit

First week back at Uni so poor volume without a set plan as to when to grind. Decided to spend these days not grinding with sharky and sitting regs at 30s so this volume has been 90% regs, was fun few days but now I've bought an iPhone to use as backup internet going back to the normal grind of 60s and 30s. Going to try and structure my daily schedule better so I have less wasted time and can hopefully get in a few hours a day around my degree. Aiming for 100k in bank by time I finish uni so I really am going to have to utilise my time better to come close to this goal and do well in my degree.


Last 4 days:

No updates recently since I've barely played at all. Sorted my schedule out abit more and between Uni and poker going to be working 10 hours a day, every day. Also trying to switch to a Biphasic sleep pattern, feel like I can gain some time there. Really going to start picking up the volume now though, need 29k vpp for supernova so two months at 14.5k vpps. If I'm behind supernova volume just going to offer to 3 table anyone at 60s for any amount of games since I'll have two weeks at end of December where I don't have lectures and I really want those red stars .
