So one day he went and talked with one of the most respected lettuces in the mud to try to get an advice on what was going on...
What was the reason the he couldn't battle with the rest of the lettuces in the mud?
Well... it was pretty obvious to the other lettuce right away!
Our Crispy Iceberg suffered from fusarium wilt aka (to humans) monkey tilt.
So our little lettuce decided to start a canal in the mud and talk about it hoping that it might help him to get better.
Bellow is our little lettuce's battling results in the mud still it started battling full time...
The little letuce trully believe that if he could solve that deadly disease of fusarium wilt... he could be able to be one of the best in the mud... and slowly take on the crispiest of crips!

Now many of you would wonder.... why doesn't our little lettuce get in the mud to battle more often?
Is he a lazy little lettuce?
Well...well....
our little letuce actually has been secretely leaving its local mud and going to battle in other muds at night...
Foreign lands.... unwelcoming lands!
He thought that battling in foreign lands would be beneficial for him. Getting all the nutrients that other lands have to provide.
However in those other lands far far from his local mud, lettuces were not so kind to him.
Our lettuce not used to the new landscape realized fast enough for his own good that he better come back home; come back to the local soil and to
quickly revitalize himself and that he did.

Here he was.... exhausted!
...exhausted from life....
Past few days were not great for out little lettuce...
Goint through this felt as a tragedy at the time, failing to recall how many times in the past he went through similar himself as well as other lettuces and that he pushed through coming out on the other side with just a few scratches.
Times like this feel overwhelming sometimes... even for the crispiest of all the lettuces. He was just a lettuce.... he had the gift of appathy but still...
He knew deep in his whitish-green heart that all the answers lay somewhere... The truth is out there (tu ru ru ru ru ruuuuu, tu ru ru ru)
Hungry as he was for knowlegde...his favorite snack; wondered around looking for a rich source. The old lettuces!
As expected, moaning about his experiences to the old lettuce, who was a friend of his from back in the days, he got the most obvious yet wise and priceless advice....
''Stop complaining you c.unt! Go back and fight!''
That is actually a very wise old quote, ancient old!
The person who first gave that advice was King Lettucinidas, leader of the great 300 Lettuces who all died in the mud defending their honor!
So our little took his way back home leaving the old lettuce's home with more grit...
On the way back home he was trying to reinforce his confidence that he can actually fight and win and be who he was meant to be.... so he was trying to find all the good memories... of the great fights he had won in the past.
and that he did....
