Today went pretty damn good, started a bunch of tables and a king size fish sat me.
Some of you who followed my last thread may remember that whenever i add too many tables i start playing like ****, this is what i did on the 1st and dropped some cash tilting like a monkey.
So i ended up emailing stars to ban me from playing more than 7 tables at once haha. Then things got better, bankroll 15k
Was good to hit up my uni gym again after it was closed over the break. For those interested im going to run this routine for minimum 6 months, probably the year. Strength/athletic based. Sticking with 3x full body like last year.
Monday - Squat 3x5, standing press 5x5, weighted chinups 5x5, close grip bench press 3x8 and incline curls 3x8.
Wednesday - Bench press 3x5 + 8,8, deadlift 3x5, power cleans 5x3, tricep work, bicep work.
Friday - Squat 3x5, clean and press 5x3, barbell rows 5x5, close grip bench press 3x8, incline curls 3x8.
Lots of benching to get that number up.
