I don't fold any hands pre in the BB to a min raise in a tournament. Def not a 3bet candidate imo.

Turn we're double gutted, so gotta at least call, but I like the raise better. Why doesn't it feel like a good spot to bluff? You won't have any bluff raises ott?

It would depend on the players I guess. But after the flop checks through and the sb donks the turn I would expect him to have a pair and a flush draw often like KJ or QT or something. Unless I suspected that player of having a huge fold button I would probably just lol fold on the turn getting 3.5 to 1 on a double gutter. I'd assume sometimes we have the same straight draws and little equity to bluff the river. Considering ICM I think folding turn is fine.

How did Brandon fold his flopped straight in that last hand? One of the worst folds I've ever seen. I'm sure you thought you had the best hand there when you jammed. Were you shocked when you found out what he folded ??

Yeah that was unreal. He defends a 3 bet with 5 7, flops a straight.. puts in over 50% of his stack with donk leads, then folds on the river getting better than 3-1 because hes scared you might have one specific hand. When you jammed I thought you were going to get snapped off. Poker is a trip, you make a small error in value betting too thin which turns out to be an effective bluff that gets him to fold his flopped straight.
He was probably the only guy at that table that folds there.

In LA or in general? LA you can find good 2/5 any time any day. But I'd say by 2pm most places in general will have decent games. Glad you're motivated dude! GL!

I play some Gardens 5/10 and when I play at Commerce I mostly play the 5/5/10 PLO. Mostly just play 2-3 hours in the evening sometime between 8pm and midnight.

I'm 6'3" 330lbs with brown buzz cut hair and a red beard.

The Friday night LATB is usually a big game, 25/50/100 or bigger.
