Hey guys, I'm a sales pro looking to pursue poker as a hobby. The thing that most interests me is playing large volumes at one time. Ideally I would like to be able to beat the medium-high stakes while playing 10-12 tables at a time!

I'm an avid poker fan and spend hours per week watching streams and videos on youtube.

I'm going to start my journey by seeing how my play is at the lowest of stakes. I'm going to start with 2nl and see if I can beat the game playing consistently 8-10 tables at a time. I'll try to post updates and HHs as frequently as possible, feel free to flame me if that's what you wish!

Playing on ACR by the way. Inb4 I become a degen.

I would suggest you don't start out 8-10 tabling. Playing lots of tables is what you do once you've gotten to a certain level of proficiency. It's done to maximize your hourly. When starting out you want get to where you can beat the games, and work on improving your win rate, not maximizing your hourly. Your time will be way more productive and you will increase skill a lot faster if you are trying to play your absolute best poker.

I appreciate it, for real. I'm just interested in crazy multitabling like that. I'm starting at the bottom for that reason.,

Played another short session. A little less than 2 hours. Still running below EV but not effecting my mindset at all!

God Quads and got paid off by TPTK, feels good man.

Session graph:

Total after 2 sessions graph

stats after 2 sessions::

Going well thus far. Nervous for the inevitable downswings to come... This session I was 12 tabling and felt like it was going fine. I certainly am missing out on some spots, but the population was playing pretty tight anyways. I feel like I'm playing a solid strategy and don't feel like I am being pushed around even by the 2nl endbosses.

Session 3 in the books. Finally got some rungood. Played a bet spewy and the biggest pots I lost were because of my idiotic calls. Luckily some of them I binked a 4 outer and was able to see some EV correction.

Thoughts:

Sample size is still too small to mean anything. But i've been 12 tabling this whole time and feel pretty comfortable. Enjoying it a ton, it's so fast pace and I don't have time to play bad hands. Waiting for the big downswing, I'm ready!

I'd love if anyone familiar with 12 tabling could shed some light on my stats. Are these numbers that are fine at the smallest of stakes? I feel like I can't play too many more hands because managing hands like KTss or 97ss are too difficult when i have so many decisions to make.

Right now BR is around $105. If I want to take shots at $5nl, what would you guys recommend I have if I want to comfortably 8 table?

Absolutely INSANE session today. A few fish and I just battled it out for hours. Crazy 3bets, 4bets, was super fun. In the beginning I got absolutely crushed. Ran bad, opponents hit 3-4 outers, and as a result I became a station. My mindset wasn't where it needed to be so I lost a ton of EV beause I wasn't making optimal decisions. Feels pretty ****ty when you know you were the reason you lost so many pots. Decided to take a short dinner break and then I got back at it. Played 14-16 tables and was able to make most of the losses back!

Day graph (Let's see if you can spot when I took my dinner break, upped the tables, and got tighter):

Too tired to do some HHs. Honestly they were all so nutty none of you all would even take me seriously if I showed you!

Session started really well. Was crushing. Lost everything I won in the session and a few buyins in a matter of 250 hands. One of those ones where you get soul crushed a few times then tilt off a bit. I'm curious on some opinions of the forum (not getting much right now).

How did I play this hand?

Beat me up!

haven't really won much since a few days ago. Been on tilt and need to stop it. I'm getting into spots where I know I'm making the wrong decision and still doing it.

Edit: Fold Pre is obvious, ****... This fish I've played so many hands against and feel like I can get a good spot in with most top pairs. I really should fold pre.,...............

Not sure that guy would qualify as a fish either, based on his stats.
