It's fair to say a real job is more profitable than poker for almost everyone. Most regs are not making more than the equivalent of a low level office job. When you factor in all the other negatives of poker - insecurity of income, lack of career progression, playing on evenings/weekends etc. - it becomes a no brainer.

Of course we don't know if she has quit or forgot to update.

OP you probably already play well enough at least for nl10. To save yourself a lot of time and stress i'd recommend depositing a little more and moving up. You don't need 40 buyins per stake level yet, when at micros it's imperative to move up aggressively. It's not like you can't easily redeposit a BR if you go broke at these stake levels.

The reason i say this is you may be stuck at the micros a loooong time otherwise and will eventually lose heart/want to quit earlier than you would have done if you moved to a more meaningful stake level.

My results for month( June) was not so good. Actually, it's +10$, but in nl5 i got tilt and felt really depressed.
