2017 is going to be my first year as a full-time MTT pro and I'm excited to share my journey with you. I'll be posting tons of pictures instead of walls of text for ADHD-friendly browsing!

Today started off good with me being crowned the undisputed champion of $7.50 6-max PLO:


I'm a complete fish at PLO, but oh boy is the game fun. Will be donating daily in games up to $11.

Mincashed like 60%+ of the stuff I registered and ended up a couple of hundred for the day.

Most promising run of the day was probably this:


Gonna take a break and watch this weeks episode of Vikings and then do some solver work for EP/MP vs IP flat spots. Will be back tomorrow for the early grind.

Just got back from a week of snowboarding in Åre - made me miss the tail end of TCOOP, but was one of the most relaxing trips I have had in a while.

Åre is a small mountain resort situated next to a lake in northern Sweden:


I was surprised that the ratio of skiers/snowboarders was like 80/20. It seems to be more like 60/40 in Estonia. Me and my friends all rode a board:

Will fire ~70 MTTs today starting an hour from now. GL to all the heroes embracing Sunday variance!

So much for regular updates. I'll try to get at least a monthly update in from now on - we'll see if I can rise to the challenge.

What hero has been doing in the interim:

Visited London to debate (spoke at the LSE IV) and do some touristy stuff. Highlight of the trip was probably the Imperial War Museum. I really enjoy war history (with a penchant for WW1), so I was like a kid in a candy store:

Next, I stayed at my parents' for a couple of weeks while grinding the Kings of Tallinn festival (bricked everything). My parents live in Nõmme - a nice & safe suburb of Tallinn with tons of trees, which makes for awesome relaxing post-session walks:


We had a big party for my dad's 70th birthday - a lot of singing, dancing and good times with the family. Didn't take many pictures with my phone, but here's a selfie of me chillin' with my sister:


Poker-wise, things have been going great. Only played 650 games in March, but managed to make a bit over 10k by closing a couple of nice ones at the great site of Winamax:





I'm feeling really confident in my game at the moment (probably overconfident, high stakes donations inc) and super hyped for the upcoming Winamax series and of course the huge milly today.

Gonna tidy my workspace now, listen to some Elliot Roe and then reg the warmup.
