haha idk. my best guess? I try to channel phil helmuth. every time someone does something stupid I take my sun glasses off, make a face, then I go rant to my cat something like this:

"two tens honey. I got him to put it all in with two ****ing tens. I even made the quick raise, so I looked weak. kid can't even spell poker honey. lets see if he's even around in a few years"

might be superstitious, but I run good. firing the sunday milly and all the big mtts on ignition today. there's a 250k special on ignition and it's about time I took one of those down. gunna get some PEMM reps in first though

still trying to recover from my first real drunk night in rosarito... been a day already and I still don't feel 100%. I gotta stick with weed alcohol is ****ing poison. delicious, entertaining poison

it all started with some pizza and beer(s) with jdawg and bfizz, although it actually went more like beer then pizza then more beer. after that me and jdawg went to a bar closer to town. I'm pretty sure I was already pretty ****ed up because when we got there I said, "wow there's a lot of people here for a wednesday". it was not wednesday, but I was close at least. after a few more beers the guys jdawg knew at the bar asked if we wanted to do some blow. I'm not really the kinda guy to say no to free drugs, even if what's on the menu isn't my first choice, so we did a couple bumps. and I gotta say, the coke down here is 10x better than anything I've tried in the states. this **** was bomb. later jdawg told me that the guys were connected with the cartel, so I can at least cross doing cocaine with a cartel member in mexico off my bucket list

after a little while we made our way over to a titty bar, which normally I wouldn't go to but I figured I might as well experience it in mexico one time. I've been to a strip club in vegas once, and it's just generally not all that fun for a gay dude lol. I'm not really sure how much I drank there, but I went from telling the first stripper sorry, I'm not interested in women, to trying to make out with one that came up to me a couple hours later. im not sure exactly how it started, but I think she was the one who had been dancing/grinding on me for a few minutes, which somehow progressed into me kissing and biting her neck while grabbing onto a pretty nice ass. not sure how it ended either (I'm guessing she got tired of it and walked away lol but I have no idea, my memory after hitting the slopes fades in and out) the whole thing probably looked pretty ****ing hilarious considering how wasted I was

overall pretty fun night, but I've been paying for it for the last 24 hours. and my sleep schedule is totally ****ed now. slept 5 am to 10 am, then 5 pm to 10pm yesterday. it's 6:30 am, I just watched the sunrise, and I'm about to spark up a joint and go to bed. might try to do a saturday night grind into sunday morning mtts, we'll see

Lmao very epic story to say the least, sounded like one crazy ass night. Make sure you drink tons of water and maybe even some like pedilite to cure the hangover quicker. Mixing alcohol & blow will keep you going forever but normally end up drinking way to much instead of knocking out like you might normally and then you pay for it hard for the next few days, do not miss those days but for sure miss those nights. Good luck on the grind also and congrats on the MTT win.

PS the banter with Mirage in Skuz stream the other night was quite entertaining.

haha yeah, that's the fun part about coke and also the problem with it. normally I drink more than 10-12 beers in a few hours and it's gg, but you do a little blow and it's like hitting the reset button on the negative effects of alcohol while boosting the positive ones. the two are a match made in hell. I drank at least 12 beers before doing the coke, and probably more after. feeling pretty normal now after sleeping again. besides my leg.

I got the craziest ****ing calf cramp yesterday morning. woke up super hungover obviously and tried to get outta bed and go to the bathroom, but this cramp sent me to the ground the moment I stepped out of bed. my whole calf locked up for like 2-3 minutes, couldn't move my foot or anything, and it's been sore/painful since. actually hurts more today than it did yesterday. been limping around this morning like a *****, but some stretching should help I think

and haha I'm glad someone enjoyed that. I was already a couple beers deep and I just wanted to watch a little of skuz's stream before going out because I never have before. didn't realize that mirage trolls the streams too, so I kinda went off on him lol. I just wanna watch/read about poker without seeing his absurd nittery every 3 posts

yeah, that's what I was thinking too. drank like 4 liters of water yesterday and drinking a lot today too. also realized I drank something like 11-12 days in a row, although at least not to the point of getting drunk most days. still not good at all

I'd add something salty and some potassium. Bone broth with sea salt, Gatorade, avocado, banana, etc.

ohh the lack of potassium probably had something to do with it. usually eat 1-2 bananas every day, but on vacation I probably ate only 1 the whole trip, and only a couple since getting back a few days ago. thanks, all good suggestions. I'll probably just get some extra salty mcdonalds, although I'm not sure if they have sea salt.

Yeah it's tougher on the wrist than I anticipated lol.

The good regs at 100z on stars make the good regs at 500 on bovada look like pussies imo. The bad regs are still as bad, there's plenty of fish on both, and imo the whales on stars have even more blubber

It's gunna be a big adjustment for me. I'm very used to anonymous so I'll probably not be as good as the other regs at using HUD stats and history to make adjustments. I think once I'm used to it I'll like it. I also gotta stop smoking so much damn weed while I play. Makes remembering who did what really difficult lmao

I don't have a desk/grind station set up, so I'm just playing on my laptop where ever I sit down for now. here's a few pics though:

Looks like your grinding from heaven. Few of my friends moved together to puerto rico to save money on taxes for poker and crypto investments. Its so beautiful their. I didn't know mexico and puerto rico had such beautiful places. I might buy a little spot in puerto rico or mexico myself. Grinding with that kind of scenery is the nuts

There's definitely some beautiful places down here in Mexico. Actually, everywhere I've been in Mexico has been beautiful. Definitely very +life ev.

Don't know too much about puerto rico, but I was thinking about moving there also. I'm pretty sure you pay no federal income tax on poker winnings if you live there, which is so massively +ev I don't know how I can pass on that much longer. What part do your friends live in?

not sure, wouldn't be surprised though. I was doing fine with just ignition before though, so I wouldn't care too much. plus the tax savings would more than make up for it. 30% rake by a country I don't even live in is so brutal
