1) i think maybe this is a fold but not sure.

i open AhAs to 1million, btn jams all in with 27 i call.

flop is AA2, turn 2 river 2 2nd river 2 guy wins with 5 of a kind, unlucky

2) this one was a tough decision, i don't really beat much by river.

i open AhKh UTG, BB calls. FLOP: JQ10hhh villain open jams a ferrari, i tank call he shows JQ10JOKERhhh and scoops the pot

3) not sure about ICM in this one

heads up in a million dollar buy in tourny. first place is 100million, 2nd place is 0. villain shoves 27ss i snap call with AA. board runs out split pot but dealer accidentally mucks my hand so villain wins the 100million.

all i ask is that ignition doesn't kill me before i figure out if i am unlucky or trash because i'm starting to lean towards the former which we can't have happen can we

I don't understand the whole thing to do with calling other regs trash. I tend to notice that a lot of low/midstakes regs do this, and it can't possible be true, if say half the regs are saying other regs are trash.

I guess i don't understand this mentality and it seems like overconfidence to me. Perhaps it isn't, and ignition is a soft site, but i think a solid mental game will be focused on improving one's ability while identifying leaks in opponents but not being overconfident in one's exploits and doubting that they may be good.

I've also noticed a tendency for ppl who say this to stagnate and stop improving. Be the exception, i guess.

i don't really think they're all trash, i just say it for the memes/some of them are actually trash/banter/clickbait.

i understand how detrimental it is to have an ego but it's something that helps me too. ego is closely related to ambition and i am extremely ambitious in everything i do. i have no doubt in my mind i can reach the top level of poker. i learn and improve quickly and what im going through right now is part of this process. i am also fully aware of how much of a ****tard this makes me sound

you will probably be able to take some shots soon @ 500nl, so my suggestion to u is to hook up with mzbourg and mirage01, start a skype study group and get to work. These guys are some of the sharpest minds @ 25nl and 50nl online and with them i can see u crushing.
