Anytime man. As you can see, lots of haters that think they know why you say/do the things you do. It’s pretty funny actually.

Just put them all on ignore. They’re not trying to help.

At least that’s what I do. It helps tremendously with not caring what they think since they won’t be entering your headspace to begin with.

People like you are what keep this boy thinking and acting the way he does. He literally just talks to talk and doesn't follow through or really even mean what he says most of the time. Look at the post above and he says one of his biggest flaws is he cares how people think about him too much. Tell me if you really think that is true??? F no it's not. It's not how his brain works. If it were he would take advice and not dismiss damn near every piece of advice/constructive criticism bounced off his head here.

No, the actual worst advice itt is telling people to watch the JRE.

AVO- Not sure if serious? If you’re healthy and sleeping 8hrs/day in your mid-twenties you’re pissing away hundreds of hours a year.

That’s tens of thousands of dollars yearly that eventually could potentially compound into over 1,000,000 lost if its a lifelong thing.

And just FYI buddy: there’s a difference between “rubbing my ego” and stating facts.

Put on ignore.

I can't speak for him but I shared because I'd like to see 6b succeed and maybe it would show him if some old **** with a ****ed up neck can do it maybe he can too.

As for a solution...it's just to sit in front of the computer and do the damn work. That's it. That's the solution. Just sit and play a video game for money. Like wtf does he expect? Someone to sit and do work for him? Someone to sit next to him and tell him not jump stakes and do idiotic **** like he's a child? Just be an adult and work and do it responsibly if it's your "profession".

What? This is absolutely not true for 99.999% of people, and obviously not 6b himself. Over and over you show yourself to be a naive young child with no real world life experience.

The guy just slept for 22 hours straight due to sleep deprivation! That was *this week.* Yet, you recommend sleep deprivation! That's insane!

6b has never made 30k in a year in his life, yet you think if he sleeps less he will magically double what he makes in an average year? That a guy who works 2 hours a week due to *laziness* will work an extra 10 hours a week if he sleeps less? You can't be this naive.

I’m not recommending sleep deprivation. There are countless millionaires that sleep 6 hrs a day.

ao, you can’t just discredit everyone’s opinions because they’re young.

Would you like me to list 25 people that accomplished legendary things under the age of 21?

You’re not even hating which makes the inflammatory tone puzzling.

Literally every respected medical professional would call receiving 6 hours or less of sleep a day a lack of sleep. Yes, anecdotally some people can make this work. Lots of them do a shitton of uppers and don't let you in on that. Again, 6b literally slept for almost 24 hours in a row this week because he was tired. This is very bad and dumb advice for him.

I dont think you're a bad person, but you're every bit as naive as 6b and it's due to your youth.

I sleep 6 hrs a day on average myself and have been doing so for a few years. I don’t use drugs.

So I think it’s reasonable to pass that on as advice.

But fair enough.

I think a lot of people itt are just sharing what they wish they knew in their 20’s, where as I’m actually living it so I think it’d resonate with him more.

Damn bud. You will see things a lot differently in 5-6 years and even more so 5-6 years after that. It comes fast so buckle up. You will look back and see that the things you are saying are silly. You do seem like a good person though, just young and naive as others have stated, but that's just a lack of life experience and not your fault.

From my busto, unemployed friends to those that are doctors/lawyers to the poker friends with 7 figures in career earnings I can't think of a single one who would make substantially more money in their lives by sleeping less. Truly one of the weirder statements I've ever read.

That's the thing - unlike some other threads around here there's not that much posting with bad intentions, the negativity creeps in through pure frustration. Doing the work is the answer whatever the question is. There is no path that leads from now to a comfortable life that doesn't include doing the work. So many issues at play here. Lack of ownership: why aren't you guys fixing my problem?. Entitlement tilt: I'm due for a win so will move up in stakes to maximise when the wins poker owes me eventuate. Lack of commitment: I'm going to do X (insert any X, there's so many of them) then never even starting X. As someone suggested these combined with bad sleeping patterns, lack of motivation, lack of ability to stay focused on one task sound like there very well may be an underlying issue such as severe depression or ADD. That's something for the psychologist to explore if that consultation ever eventuates.

First ever post on this thread. Here's my advice OP:
1. You should absolutely 100% invest $100/$200 on coaching at least. Maybe a membership on Rut It Once or somethig.
2. Tighten up significantly. You are not rolled at all for NL100 so you really can't make any +EV moves that are high variance. Also you will be learning new things from the coaching so it's a good time to tighten up and re-discover the game and think differently in some spots.
3. For the next few weeks at least go into saving mode, don't spend more money than you need to, and see if you can make some decent money from NL100. Remember that if you bust this you are done, you don't have a job and nowhere to land to. THis is your life that's on the line. Man the fk up and take this seriously.

Thank you @Fodersneso for defending me. I appreciate it.

Anyway, on a more positive note: I'm going to the gym today and I'm also redepositing just over $2k USD. Going to give this another crack.

I'm still rolled for 100nl, I'm getting into a healthy routine and I believe I can do this.
Its no hate from the people its the lack of understanding how stupid a person can act over and over again. How one person makes the same mistake over and over again.
You are wasting your time with bad behaviour and you are a fish in life.
Stop posting the same resolutions week by week everyone knowing you will fail.
I also think this post is toxic for you.
You habe to start to take responsibility for your life and search a job. You are not a poker pro and you will never be.

Like what's the point in telling me that I'm lazy or that I'm not putting in enough volume? I already know that. That's literally the whole problem I'm trying to fix. It's what I've been trying to fix since the start of this thread.
You fix it by putting on you big boy pants, putting your head down and just ****ing doing it. It’s not hard, it’s just work. And if you love it as much as you claim, it should be easy to put in volume.

Everything else you say makes you sound like an entitled millennial looking for the magic beans.

The best thing that could happen to you right now is if your mom told you to get out. It’d force you to get your **** together out of necessity. You’d be a better person for it, even if it sucked in the short term.

I just wish you could see what real hard work is. I wish you could see what dangling 150 ft by a harness while swinging a 30 lb hammer nonstop is like. Or seeing somebody die in the dangerous work environment you are in and still have to work the rest of the shift. I bet if you saw some actual real life situations that some people put themselves through because they have to, to support their family because their options are limited, it would really open your eyes. Maybe then you could sit in front of the computer...in the AC...and actually put in some work.

Literally every respected medical professional I've ever met is a complete idiot. I talked to several of them about covid-19 in January/February and they all had plenty to say but none of them had a ****ing clue. The best and brightest don't go into medicine, as evidenced by my neurosurgeon neighbor that bought his house for $2.5 million just to tear it down when he could have just bought the lot next door for $900k.

On paper that sounds like a lot until you realize the Federal Reserve is in the process of pumping 13 figures into the economy.

What have you done for any person in this thread to be jealous about. All you have done is state the fact that you are super young and also your notion that you have everything figured out before going through anything at all.
