Hey. Not sure how to start it, so I'll go on to the point, I'm going to start a poker journal and updating my results, goals, couple of hands maybe and so on. The main reason why I'm starting a journal is that my mental game is slipping lately, so I wondered maybe if I start posting my results/hands public I'll get my **** together and take it more seriously, also I see way more benefits from a poker journal. I'm playing 25NLz on PartyPoker atm. So on to the goals:
* Atleast 70k hands a month
* Mark atleast 100hands a month and analyse em
* Reduce tilt as much as I can
* Atleast 10hours of study per week
* Establish my self as a one of the best 100NL reg till the end of the year
