Hey guys I've wanted to make a pg&c to keep myself on track and accountable of my daily swings , and perhaps meet other people who are on the same grind in the community for awhile now and have always put it off, finally decided I will just throw something together and try to keep it updated. If you hate colour coding, sorry. 
The TLDR of my story is that I have been playing off and on for a few years since I was 18, mostly mtts online + live and was playing up to $1 mtts online with shots @22s on sundays. I have mixed results at cash games, winning at 25NL / 25PLO and losing higher over small samples for the most part. Live I have decent results at both mtt + cash but have run pretty hot over a small sample.
I think that playing multiple games has helped me + hurt me (helped expand my thought process, can choose a short cash session or long mtt session etc. But haven't had the 100% focus on one game to get to my maximum potential in it.)
Recently I went on a sizeable downswing in mtts + playing cash outside of bankroll at higher stakes and running below ev (karma for jumping up) + lent ~$3k to a family member that i likely won't see back which leaves me with a pretty battered down poker roll. For tracking purposes I will just start at '$0' and track my ups and downs in the thread in each game type. My exact roll on each site isn't important since I can reload if needed, I will be using roughly 150 buyin roll for mtts / 30 for zoom cash to give you an idea.
For now the sites I play on are Pokerstars and ACR
The Plan
*Play the rest of mini Wcoop's (which have been going very poorly , but super fun. Plan to play the mini-main as well, this part is out of my bankroll but I think worth it + it's only once a year.)
*Play regular MTTs + SNG's up to $3 on stars until I get to ~$500 then up it to $5. $2 Jackpot games on ACR + the low $5 turbo / regulars that sometimes get overlay in the morning / late at night.
*10PLO zoom in the evenings when I am done my mtt sessions, Also getting the daily x3 bonus for .50-$1k in NL zoom at the $10 level for now. I feel my more profitable cash game is NL but at this level PLO is so soft that I feel It's negligible which one I play, PLO tends to be more fun + easier to concentrate.
*Try to be more active since with all my focus on poker lately I have been pretty bad to my body.
Goals
*My elite RunItOnce sub ends sept 25, so minimum two videos a day (one mtt, one cash) Until then. Won't be re-newing elite until my roll is in a more comfortable place.
*Minimum 1k cash hands / day
*30 Tourneys per day (likely to be much more if I incorporate sngs. Will change this as necessary to keep me striving for a goal and not blowing it up every day.
*1 Hour on treadmill OR 2 laps around my community that is mostly hills per day
Hopefully updating this daily with daily graph + interesting hand(s) + a song of the day, last time I tried this it didn't last long but I have higher hopes for this thread

Day One
Well today I got up around ~8 am hopped in the $3.30 8-max mini coop and started regging, mostly played turbo $1.50 18/45 mans , some $1 180s, and a few scheduled mtts. Felt pretty tired today so I didn't get magnificent volume, started with 10 tables and dwindled down to only ~4-5 tabling for awhile. Ran very poor overall, busted my one deep run in a $1 ~1k field 50ish KK<AK and had lost multiple big pair vs small pairs in the SNG's. Thought I would finally make another day 2 (only other one was the marathon at start of coop so far) but busted just in the money KTs<64o for 20bb shove vs a button clicker. Also disappointed to bust 2x bullets in the $3.30 8-game mini coop since that's a fun one.
Oh well overall happy I pulled back from -$40 at one point.
Cash wise I ran pretty well and felt good, only played two tables of $10 zoom for awhile while I browsed the internet / hung out. Currently watching the Jets vs Bills game that I put $10 on, which is looking like a win. Hands wise I am not sure how often I will post them until I reach higher stakes, nothing really intriguing happens at this level from what I've seen so far, just typical spewing from fun players in weird spots where they triple donk into you + shove with middle pair and you call down with top pair.

Day Two
Today...
hm , overall I think it was an okay day. I got to sleep around 5 am, woke up at 8 and couldn't fall back asleep, was too tired to start session so lazed around a bit then went to it.
I was not happy with my decision making in a few spots where I knew I could fold and ended up making the ever-so-annoying-roll-my-eyes-call. One spot being with 66 on 6AJTJ in a limped pot vs a massive lolfunplayer and the other being on a rivered two pair vs villains rivered straight. Ran very well in flips today for once, but ran like **** deep stacked with board runouts.
Won a $1.50 45-man early, Busted 9th in a $1 180m, busted the $3.30 bounty builder (had $23 in bounties!) 50th or so which was a bummer, played the $11 fun friday on ACR and I busted ~43 for $26 profit. Would have loved to finish it out as I had 3x average at one point then dwindled down with a mixture of missing spots + card dead + tired. Overall happy to have some decent shots going, now just need to close out on something.
I have a massive headache so I just want to get to bed , might try to dig up the hands tommorow. Looking back at session I feel like I played the hands okay if I were vs a reg who might semi bluff with his equity but vs certain weak passive types I need to just value bet relentlessly more often than trapping since they are okay clicking the check button
No cash session today, at the tail end of my session my headache was coming on and I just one tabled the ACR tourney
For some reason ACR tracked all my hands but did not track the buy-in / cash

Day Three
Super lazy update today
Woke up early feeling like **** again, really bad headache so I took a Tylenol and watched some Narcos. After a few episodes figured I would start firing, loaded up 10 tables and within ~45 mins I was out of everything except for a day 1 phase for the mini coop ($1) / down like $25 and felt like uber **** still ( I stopped regging figuring I would be done for day.) Decided to sit out with starting chip stack and take a nap and hopefully feel better and late reg the mix-max.
Ended up sleeping ~4.5 hours woke up to 2 blinds in the phase 1 + late reg was over for mix/max that I was excited for... BUT I was feeling a lot better and felt like putting in another session. Right away I shipped a $1.50 18-man and I cashed a hot, played a few 6- max hypers and won two 3.50s to make me just about even on the day for stars. Fired just under $40 in buyins on ACR (meant to play two $11s and one $5.50 but accidentally regged a $10 rebuy aka punted off $10.
Just 4 tabled ACR for awhile and ended up running deep in the $5.50, was 15/15 on last few tables, doubled up and sat 8/9 going into final table. Got QQ,AK,QQ three hands in a row for some nice double ups /chip up and coasted until 3/3. Lost KQ < A2o for 17bb (i shoved button and got snapped by BB) but happy I had my first mtt final table since challenge started and i'm only 3 days in, sucks it was small + I didn't close out. Played a few hands of cash but nothing special.
Dropping the daily goals thing for now and just going to write what I did on my days since I feel some days will be heavier cash and some heavier mtts and I don't feel it's a failure if I just focus on one for the day and don't worry about the goals. I watched the galfond video I mentioned on the death of EV today but that was it. Watched the UFC fights and lost ~$20 going 0/3 on bets

Day Four
Will make a proper +/- update tommorow, Went essentially break even on the day, -$44 on stars, had roughly $120 in buyins today and have ~$43 locked up going into day 2 of the $11 8-max mini coop with 20bb. Hopefully I can spin it up and make something happen. Might take tommorow as a bit of an off day after playing day 2 since I've been playing / focusing on poker for essentially a week straight non stop. Might hangout with friends / game / chill , probably catch up on runitonce vids... that's not poker right? :3
Was fun railing small NFL bets today, I bet $10 on cowboys , $10 on chiefs , $10 on vikings winning + $5 on +1 spread
which came to something like a whopping $18 profit
