Hi mate! I currently live in Vietnam and I find it here really cheap. I'm not sure about the minimum salary but I believe it's something like 150$. I had no idea it was that bad in Venezuela. I really hope you can make it and wish you the best of luck. Will be following.

i want to do a short resume about the last weeks in poker in life in general...

to start i would like to tell you that yes, the key is the study.. maybe many people cant see that but the time in the lab "studying"

its so valuable even more than playing.. the most of the time just playing and we keep doing the same mistakes so this time in the lab is tremedously valious..


1 year ago i started to play mtts with the team.. "team faultier" time to grow and improve with the coachs and friends.. my teammate martin krustenkaas have a wonderful blog here " i recommend it" u must to read him is amazing... so since than im playing sng 1.50$ until now playing abi 7$ the things have been good but not enough, i mean... evertything can be better obv if i put my part to take this in big.. i need to take big the poker and ill reach.. " this is bcs the last months im aware that i´ve not worked 100% of me.. and i want give 100% and the best of mine in the next months...

we have a new coach in the group and big changes is in the way, coming..

a lot of expectatives, from my part just i wanna reach a good ethical work mainly or consolidate a good work ethic..

i need work on that iam not the best in this stuff-help my family this year with my dedication im sure that 2018 will be great year

- improve in all stuff here. i would like obv reach medium-high levels buy ins but its secondary this.. i hope improve in all stuff and the climbing will come alone..



For february



for unlucky in january i suffered a lot of electrical cuts especially beeing deep in the mtts so we have ivested with the team in a backup energy UPS online..



Now the backup energy electrical ups installed so i have a bunch of stuff to do. this is the last month before to the fullstable review so for the next month ill know if i ll up or ill down in level buy - in.. so i would l ike to reach in this february:



-60 hours per week in overall poker stuff

-400 games

-Review at least 5 deep runs weekly... in group session atleast 2 in group..

-Keep working to improve in the stats BB defense vs CO BU and Cbet ip oop specially in Cbet ip and oop

-Increase evbb/100 to >12

-Review all stuff about ICM

-Increase the workout(walk and run or sport) to live healtly at least 2 times per week..

-Start the request to renew the passport

-Retake the updates in my blog... post at least 2 times per week... 8o good point

-kill all the **** mosquitoes bastards that live here... -reach at least 80% of this goals at the end of february..

hello guys...! i was around 3 months out of the tables! exactly from july 30 to mid octuber. This time i dont wanna talk about the situation in my contry bcsit is getting worse each time more and im want to focus in the right things..

I started to play for some friends who are sponsoring me for mtt micros from mid-octuber with many expectations and desire to continue advancing and improving as a player.


before starting to play I reflected about my poker visualization, habits and routines.
i have taken good examples of peoples who have influenced me a lot in the past and i have put this in practice.. small things like:
-create routines of meditation daily
-create schedules for study and selection game
-administer properly the time for study,grind, social time, and sleep

i want to focus this month in invest at least 30 hours in study poker stuff ( watch videos, ICM spots, review hands in HRC)
- play at least 400 games
keep my new personal routine bcs i need improve my fitness
i would like to join in any small study group too in discord
about specific points in poker.. need to work intense in CO BU SB and BB...

Have you considered playing cash games instead of MTTs? The money is much more consistent in cash games (lower variance), which is better for a professional poker player.

I hope the mess in Venezuela clears itself up soon... it's been too bad for too long.
