You'll be surprised the sorts of hands people show up with here. For me it's a clear call for a few reasons. Firstly, I think it's a stronger line from villain is 3bet and then shove to a 4bet and even in this spot Blind vs Blind we shouldn't be folding AK. So when he shoves it's usually a hand that isn't too happy seeing a flop, like a medium pocket pair or AK/AQ. We also have blockers for AA and KK which makes those hands even less likely. Its hard to say too much though without any stats but vs an unknown were just way too high up in our range to fold. I would call as wide as JJ, AK and then maybe even TT and AQs vs the right opponent. It's just such a fishy line and we expect fish to show up with hands we wouldnt expect to see
Also, 2.2x open is fine. I'd say anything from 2-3 is good, depending on how wide your stealing. One of the leaks at the micros is people not defending their BB enough so making it small and opening wide can be really profitable. I used to open my BU range for 2x from the sb and it worked pretty nicely. Still, I'd say that if your not super confident battling it out OOP with weak hands then open a slighter tighter range and make it like 2.5xish.
