So what xeno is fayth? The guy took 5th in scoop medium main last year for 185k, apparently is rolled for 1k mtt events online, has been a reputable crusher in the past and is pbb taking things a bit slower and still making consistent money at midstakes/other sites than stars. That is more of an achievement then basically any of the trolls together who are shaming him now.

You're in loads of threads acting like an authority on all things poker related and speaking with such certainty...and after being called out the best you could come up with is ''I never claimed to crush HS lmfao'' yet here you are in zomgtiltz thread saying this like you're somehow having 6 figure swings...plz give it up.

shouldn't you avoid embarassing yourself, you posted your lifetime graph and you're not even up 10k?

embarrassing myself? If I cared what people thought of me I would of never posted it...on that note all we know about you is you lost for 300k hands, I don't need to make any $ off poker. You however were so ashamed that you made a new account on here to be liked by random people and try build a good reputation as a strat poster, Rather be hated for being myself than pretend to be someone else. Here is a fitting song for you sing along.

dude you're sounding like mirage... you guys are sooo weird, you choose to ignore everyone who are confirming who I am, I never pretended to be someone I am not, I played a bunch of high stakes this year went on a heater then lost a bunch of it back and moved back down, still having an okay year thus far

what you are referring to is when I had tried to play 250k hands/month at z500 back in 2014 and somewhat failed and then scurra thought I was a losing player along with some microstakers (and then scurra went on a downswing and disappeared never to be seen again)

I've been playing since 2006 man, played up to 50/100 but now find myself way more comfortable just grinding midstakes for the past several years, you can try and shame me to make yourself feel better but you're really just embarassing yourself in the end

I have not seen any proof you're a winning player sorry, tell me this then why make a new account on here if your old one was not banned? what don't you get I don't care what people think of me on here including yourself and fwiw it don't make me feel better or worse trying to ''shame'' you.
03-28-2019 , 08:34 AM
ok mate, I guess I just have a very high paying job and deposit a lot of money online, my bad, you got me

I'm a bit embarassed about why I made a new account, It's just that I forgot my password and there weren't any option to recover it

Why does anyone need to show some troll with bad grammar who admittedly doesn't play anymore (and wasn't particularly good when you did) proof of anything? You say you don't care what other people think yet expect people to care what your pathetic self says. Get another hobby, you obviously have a lot of time to spare.
03-28-2019 , 08:49 AM
figured this is a good thread to ask this question as most of you seem to be low stakes player.

how long does it take a good player to move from micros to low/mid stakes?

Bad grammar? For someone who wasn't really interested seems to be now, as usual you're unable to not put your bandwagon opinion on any matter. I don't expect people to care on what I think not sure what gave you that impression? You post way more than me dude and yes I have a lot of spare time it's called being retired. Don't worry I will be banned here soon and you can find someone else to pretend being smart to.

Fine if you have extreme discipline moving down - but I had a ~7.5k downswing at 200z in December with an overall w/r of 4.5 evbb over last 400k hands (including that stretch), variance is sick

6 years if you are rapidesh, 2 years if you follow people's advice haha

Btw, there are few people that are good in the micros, and those who are don't move up because of tilt. I think an average person dedicating to poker could get from nl2 to nl100 in 2 years if he focus.

Obv if you run good you could get to play 100z in a month (like I did when started the thread), but beating it consistently? Probably not.

I know haha

But being ******ed/overthinking stuff/focusing on stupid **** gave me a lot of poker knowledge. Even though my path/choices weren't that gto, I learned a lot.

If I could go back in time I would obv say this to little rapidesh:

"Stop 5-betting J5s, quit tilting, listen to those guys with lots of posts on 2p2, start calling whales down and play to make money"

Would little rapidesh listen to that?
Spoiler:

100% sure not even if he saw rapidesh from the future coming out of a time machine haha

I'm not saying this is in your case as you might not have watched them but I think Doug Polk has a lot to answer for with his Youtube hand reviews with his GTO obsession, I've never heard him even mention making exploits or differentiating from GTO & being super balanced all the time and I'd imagine he's cost micro players a lot of money because of it.

A perfect example was in a HU match Doug v Hellmuth and Doug IIRC made a straight on the river but it it also completed Phil's flush and he bet absolutely huge in a spot that he'd never bluff nor has he ever bluffed in a situation like that for like 30 years? But the once self proclaimed 'Best HU player in the world' had to literally flip a coin to make the decision and call it off. Hellmuth is the biggest nit of all time it's an insanely easy fold, but you have to have some non flushes in your range to call off else Phil is exploiting you hard!

^^^^^ says the above yet didn't Hellmuth completely destroy Jungle because of a bluff "he'd never make because he's the biggest nit of all time"?

Seems hardly self proclaimed when literally nobody will sit you.

He bet tiny, he'd never go huge on a bluff. It's a different situation. Jungle just lost his mind there.

I love watching Hellmuth WSOP videos where he rages and insults players for stuff like calling QTs to a single raise IP and in Hellmuth's opinion it was a horrible call, and way too light. I'd say he's pretty nitty?

So you agree that said spot was incredibly difficult and the only way it could be decided was by flipping a coin?
