Played NL50 today, i think it's way nittier than NL25 lol

let's hope i'll be able to reach NL100 now, need only more 13 BI

01-14-2017 , 11:11 AM
Is this all ZOOM?
All 6 max?

I take it your shoving a lot of rivers capitalising on nits either not calling you or overbetting the nuts and getting calls.

Impressive stuff so far.

Noob alert
How are you below EV with the blue line and crushing so hard with the red?
How are you finding this many people to fold at these levels?

the blue line has nothing to do with the EV line, the EV line just tells you how much you should have earned by discounting the luck

people fold everywhere, you just have to avoid bluffing fish or regs that call a lot
also i'm stealing pretty hard lol

Dont think so. But highest ive been is 16NLz this year. Trying to rebuild a bankroll so dropped right down to 2NL so impressed with this effort in just over 31k hands.

How many hands will you have on someone before trying to bluff them? (Obviously avoiding the regs who call down light and total fish).

Any stats youll look for on your HUD to help you make this decision? I know you said its mostly instinct.

when I said I acted mostly by instinct, it's because I've already played around 1m hands and took 3 years off the game, so I'm not thinking like I used to in poker

I bluff people with 0 hands on them, but it depends on the situation and their stacks, obviously I won't bluff someone with 56bb in the table, since it's probably a fish
01-17-2017 , 05:52 AM
also the best stats to look into your HUD is FCB, FTCB, FRCB, WTSD and VPIP to identify if they're fish or not

used to play with a 60-stat HUD, it was terrible and tilting, today I use only 10-ish

subbed GLGL!

Had some tough times, luckly I recovered

NL50 graph is like this

01-18-2017 , 05:04 AM
Oh **** dat red line..didn't realize this style works so well in microstakes games. Impressive stuff. Seems the population is folding too much instead of calling too much, in contrary to conventional wisdom
01-18-2017 , 07:00 AM

Aside from variation, the going will get tougher as all the other regs converge your stats. Right about then they will stop folding. That might not be such a big issue at 50nlz due to the size of the playing pool, but it might get more problematic as the pool shrinks.

Just sayin.

yes, i'm predicting that, I think i moved out of NL10 so fast because i was basically robbing their money and when regs had 40 stats on me I was already at NL25.
then it took a lot to get out of NL25 because people there are super fishy

on NL50 I don't know much what's going on, people aren't overadapting but they're tougher

but let's see how it goes
01-20-2017 , 01:07 PM
It's sad, but I think I can't beat NL50
Still got a 1k bankroll, I'll move down to NL25 for a while until I get more confidence =(((

01-20-2017 , 02:22 PM
also the rake at NL50 is insane, maybe I'll move from NL25 to NL100 directly
01-21-2017 , 09:19 AM
so sad =(

I'll focus on beating NL25 and learning proper poker, since I've been so much time away from the tables I'm having problems with identifying if I have straights, which draws I have too lol, also playing like a monkey
