Do you even realize how ridiculous that sounds? If you cant beat ******s who are playing like idiots, how do you expect to beat a tougher pool where the regs are better and the fish are slightly less fishy? You butchered every single 200z hand you posted, no joke.
Some ******ed plays are harder to deal with if you never expect them coming. If a 18/15 tilts and 4-bets you with any2 he will be printing for a long time until you realize that. At 100z people go nuts and if they feel they're right they will go nuts with anything.
At 200z people just stick more to their strat and won't make bizarre plays that even though are bad, if I get owned in one of these I just can't play well for the rest of the session. I feel like I just can't get away with anything and give up some bluffs that are always good.
And when people open themselves that much vs exploitation, if you don't punish them in the right spots, you can't regain your EV. If someone overbluffs turn he removes weak hands from his x range, so if you don't punish his double barrels, then he will get away with it. And some exploits are quite extreme and can get really tilty/high variance (like 4-bet-calling AQ).
I just don't know if I will be capable of moving up soon, but I will keep trying.
