I'm starting this blog because i'm sick of just grinding without really having a set goal to reach for myself.

I'm starting with a 450$ BR which i've basically built up from a 50 buckerino deposit. My Goal is to reach 20K by the end of 2017. I won't be disappointed if it'll be only 10K, but i think setting high goals is quite important to stay motivated. Why did i choose 20k? I am planning on travelling to the US next year since i turn 21 at the end of the year and i definately wanna play 1 or 2 tourneys of the wsop next year.
I know that this seems quite ambitious but i think with enough work ethic and putting in the hours it's definately not impossible.

I'm studying fulltime and just a part-time grinder, though i'm putting in quite some effort since poker is probably my biggest hobby and i am motivated as f*** to make it in poker.

My main game for the moment are the 2,50$ 180 man MTSnG's on stars, i'll mix in the 4,50$ reg speed 180 man when i reach 500, though i will just limit this to 2-3 at the start of my session and just focus on the turbos. The goal is to grind until 1k and start to play some of the micro MTT's as well as the 3,50$ Rebuy 180 Man.
As soon as i reach about 5 K, i'll mostly focus on MTT's and just fill up with some MTSnG's, i'll definately try the 8$ 180 turbos as soon as i'm rolled for them.
BRM will be kinda fluent since i have basically no problem with moving up and down limits, though i still think i'll choose a kind of conservative approach from the beginning to avoid possible tilt.

Tools i'm using are only PT4 and HRC, as well as a RIO Acc.

If there any more people who'd be interested in building up a skype group for MTSnG's or micro-low MTT's i'd definately be in to have some hand discussions and session reviews.

I guess that's it for the moment, let's get this done.

Goals for January:
- Play 500 2,50$ 180 man
- Reach 1K BR including RB
- Watch at least 15 RIO VOD's
- Post hands on a regular basis
- Review at least 2 tourneys per week
- Get more into HRC and review hands regulary

Gonna finish todays grind a little early cause i'll be going out with friends tonight. Started playing right after i got home from university and played 40 games including the 7,50$ Bounty, since i still had a tourney ticket left from my Starscoins.
Managed to score a few bounties to cash for almost 7 buckerinos to get back the BI at least, though busted around 60 places before the bubble when i 3b shoved 21 BB with pocket tens from the HJ against an MP open from a relatively loose player, BTN called behind me with Kings and we bust.
Besides that i didn't run well in the 180's either which i've filled up with a 1,50$ 90 man KO or a reg speed 90 man 2,50$ to get tables up to play since i basically started in the early european afternoon where traffic isn't all too great.
Even though i managed to reach 3 FT's, they all finished with an 8th, a 7th and a 6th place which is quite disappointing, though it only were 29 180 man, so i'm finishing the day with a loss of about 30 buckerinos.
Still i felt pretty confident in my game and i was able to play A- game for most of the time.

Would like to hear your opinion on that, i guess TT would be snapshove here especially with the 2 bounties on the line, while i'd have definately folded 88, thoughts?
