My poker grind for a year without knowing gto well

This is my graph for 10+months from grinding 1-3 to 2-5 5-5 and now 5-10 im playing in private games in japan so the rake is soooo high usually 10percent 4bb max.
Ive been playing poker for a long time but loved other kinds of gambling too much. I dont gamble anymore and only play holdem.
I dont have a strong understanding of the game but the only thing ive changed was not tilting and not going crazy and putting a large chunk of my bank roll in once.
My results look like there alright but im doubtful in my game because i have a different twist for the game.
