This week has left me with mixed feelings. On one hand I felt like I ran good and was deep in a tourney every session. All the tourneys however seemed to end the same way however, as I would end up being a short stack with the final 2 - 10 tables left and bust in standard PFAI spots. During my last upswing I was able to close a few tourneys in succession, so I am hoping that there is a top 3 finish coming up in the near future. Tomorrow should be a good long session, planning on playing a lot more than I usually do on Sundays and I have decided to take out $3.50 45 mans and focus more so on my play in $4.50 180s. Feel like the attention I am currently giving to $3.50s is taking away from my play in the higher buy-in MTTs.
Finally got around to playing some cash games and its safe to say that things during my first couple sessions went great. 6 tabled with 4 tables of 10z and 2 tables of 16z, and I am comfortable with the pace of play and time I get to make decisions.
Currently the roll allows me to play 25z but I am going to take my time and put in the volume at 10z / 16z. Once I feel like I am beating these stakes at a good rate and my roll is a bit bigger I will move up to NL25. I will probably make this judgement call once I reach around 100k hands, which I should reach hopefully by end of July.
The eventual goal is to reach an equal balance between playing both MTTs and NL cash. I want to reach NL100 by the end of the year at latest, and hoping my roll will increase enough to allow me to make some deposits on other sites like 888 and FTP so I can play tables there as well. At the stakes I play at now I am going to continue with zoom but if I ever do get to NL100 or above I want to have more options in order to table select and play better value reg speed tables.

Since last update:
As you can see things haven't been going so well since my last update, just been getting crushed in MTTs. Roll is pretty low at the moment and I have been left to grind NL10z, time to start over again (sigh).
It's been a hard transition to the 6max star games especially zoom. But I have seen the adjustments I need to make and started improving.

There is going to be a learning curve but I am hopeful with a bit of work and volume I will be able to beat these stakes. If my roll grows I will try to start playing on FTP and ACR as well. Current bankroll is at $271.22, going with a more aggressive approach with BRM and will start mixing 16z once bankroll is over $400.
I also have had 2 interviews in the past few weeks, one regarding my search for a job within the real estate field and the other with 2cardscollege. The real estate one didn't go so well, was very nervous when attending it and wasn't able to make a good impression. Interview with 2cardscollege however was the opposite, seemed I was just way more confident talking about poker (who would have thought??
). Hopefully I will be able to qualify for a staking agreement with them.
Though cash games will what I will be playing mainly from now on, I want to continue playing MTTs and keep that as an option. I have started selling shares on MttMarket and hope to make this bankroll bigger with some help.
