Open Pokertracker, click on Reporting Options and change the time. then just show results for the day. the old session will be then "official" yesterday. If you played after this session this will not work anymore. Then you have the new session with it. but for the future you can change that with some simple clicks

Another short session tonight. I took my second shot at 100nl, it went pretty good. I think I'm feeling pretty burned out considering I am unable to put out too much volume recently. I think I'm going to take a few days off to rest. Will be back maybe thu/fri. Cheers

Ahh good to be back grinding. Took a 3 day break to refresh. Here's the Friday night session. Ran fairly bad in terms of coolers but the rng gods gave me good run after all ins. Overall -2.5bi ev but we ended up 1.5bi (6 stars tables and 1 pp casual table).

Btw bankroll is at 42bi for 100nl, if I drop to 35bi I will be back to 50nl. But lets hope the rungood continues

Jk, but it did go preeetty bad. Did a stoploss at -5bi and will continue after a break but probably 50nl just to make sure I don't tilt off half my roll

Monday night session. I think I'm being a lazy **** and not putting in the 3k hands I planned to. Need to start making myself play more.Again, keep getting rekt by aggro regs(still didn't figure out all the standard spots in late positions).

Punty play but I think we would have made him fold if he didn't have 2p+:

Thanks man! Stoploss is a really good tool for people who don't have the best mentalgame(me), and also taking short breaks every 1-2h helps with focus/tilt. Although it did take me a while to implement these into my game. I'm gonna try to increase volume so that my avg is 3k hands on a working day. Good to see someone posting

Well, can't quite say if I'm satisfied with the fact that I ran 5bi above ev tonight or disappointed that I got rekt in ev. Anyway I did a stoploss at -5bi ev because I was playing poorly. Even though bankroll is at 40bi, I think I'm going to play 50nl for a few days just to regain my confidence.

And here's the graph of my first 20k hands at 100nl(got completely rekt, but also ran pretty bad):

Finished today's session with ev~ -600$, but was down only 11$! Feels good considering most hands were standard coolers but I got there in the end

Just an update, no graphs. I felt like my game was really bad the last week or so, so I decided to stop playing for a few days(3rd day today) just to get my mind in the right place. I don't even think it's variance related, feels more like I'm just burnt out. I didn't take more than 2-3 days break last 8 months grinding so I think it finally caught up with me. Plan on resting for a bit more and then hitting the grind harder than ever before.
