@ZKesic it's 6h-7.5h but that's fine for me, I would never cut my sleep time, I think it's very important to sleep well if you want to work hard with very little breaks.

And I also had a week now where I cutted my volume just to regain some energy.

But to succeed that challenge I need to work hard and test my limits. That's also one of the most thrilling part for me, am I capable of going through it? I am really curious about that and I will reward myself with a nice vacation afterwards. I just want to say it's very important to take care about our health.

@KetoMind, you are totally right, but there is a internal challenge running in my stable, for the next 3 months too and the conditions to succeed is: that it I have to play 25 days/month at least 4h per day.
Otherwise I would have take a break already, that's why I at least try to push me through that month...
At the beginng of May I will take 2 days off.
