I will do monthly updates in the first 3 days of every month including: graphs, tournaments played(total entries), profit/loss, GYM picture update, poker bankroll and monthly expenses.


1) Setting "SMART GOALS" POKER:

What exactly are you trying to achieve ?

- Become the best PKO player on planet

How will you know when you've achieved it ?

- Highest possible ROI amongst other regs on highest avg buying that is available over 6k tournament sample.

Is it genuinely possible to achieve it ?

Yes. Why ?

Because I have most likely the best hardware on the planet to solve PKO strategy.
I'm focusing on only one specific thing and not diversifying my attention to big field tournaments, or non pko tournaments at the same time.
I will be able to find and surround myself with people which will help me achieve that.


When do you want to achieve this ?

Next 2 years. So January 2026.

- Having high endurance body, with some muscle mass(not too much, that I will not spend too much time feeding myself)

POKER GOALS SPECIFICS


In order to become the best I need sufficient bankroll to play the highest possible ABI and reach that ROI.

Base bankroll: 30.000 € I can always return to the morning/day schedule and rebuild there.

Required bankroll for ABI 400-600€, avg entrants 124 : Base + 50.000€ = 80.000€




GOAL:
Build up bankroll to 80.000€ then move to evening ABI 400€-600€.

- 4 days per week play from 07:00 till 13:30 register slow structures.
- Study at least 2h/day on non playing days high EV Tournament environments; FT, last 2 tables and auto allin early phases.

My top buyin tournament will be = Bankroll/150
So at the moment everything up to 215$ and then readjust each session.


My total buyins for the session will be between 2,000-3,200€.
So let's take worse case scenario 2,000€

Month calculation:
17 playing session*2,000€ = 34,285€*20% ROI = 6,857€

So it will all depend on my ROI. Potential earnings could be 3,000€-14,000€/month, depending on my performance and how well I am studying.

If I wanna achieve my goals I need to prioritize it over anything else. I can still study on "off day" for 2 hours and then go to family lunch or on a date.
Vacations will be taken if I will already achieve my goals to move on a peak schedule. So I expect them towards the end of the year as a reward.

I love ambitious blogs and i followed your previous threads to know that you're serious about this.
So your exact goal is more than 25% ROI on PKOs with ABI 400+ over 6k tournaments. Very precise.

Will you tournament select as in only play big buyins during series/sundays, or play any tournament you can find including the toughest mid-week highstakes PKOs?
Do you plan on including turbos or hyper turbos as part of those 6k tournaments?

3k to 14k profits, and no losing month per year?

More precise I could tell when I reach required bankroll. Maybe a lot of things will change along the way. Roughly I estimate to play Saturday, Sunday, Thursday and mostly play normal/turbo structures. Hypers I dislike because I just run out of time bank a lot

on 100 field size tournaments if I manage to reach certain ROI I shouldn't have losing months. If I somehow have losing months its due to lower ROI than 15%

December update

I didn't want to wait till new year to start with this challenge. So I rushed into it and got sort of mental breakdown when things didn't go as I planned. I dragged a lot of preassure on me and that just escallated into mental instability.

Therefore I returned back to roots. I started back meditating, developing warming up, break and after sessions routines and also lowered down my ABI to feel less anxious in this times.

My goal for next month is just to develop routines. Start back normally playing & studying and whatever happens happens.

Hey ata gl, I don't play MTTs but in my experience iPoker is very soft so could be a good site to add. Will be fun to follow along your journey, are you planning on playing any live poker this year as well? I'm from Slovenia too, playing PLO cash but always liked to tune into your streams.

Ipoker doesn't offer higher end of buyins in morning-day schedule. Will definitely add it when I will be playing evenings or if forced to play lower.

February update

Gym:

I'm still holding to meal plans and calorie intake. But really hard atm to hit Gym 6 times a week due to heavy studying and playing more volume. So I put that goal a little bit on the side.

Profit/Loss(with rb): +4804$ This is very accurate since I calculate everyday differences in all balances.



Tournaments played(total entries): 750-950 Hard to say because I started to play a lot of volume on Unibet and WPT.

March update

This month I played a bit less than usual. Had emergency at home and played live poker. I don't know what else to write.

I'm going to the gym 2-3 times a week and reasonably well holding to caloric intake.

My weight is atm at: 72.1kg. I think I lost some muscles and gain fat. Will update pictures next month.
