I never denied I'm not. When I created it, I was trying to make fun of the Romanian "boss" stereotype, but I got tired soon after and pokerstars never allowed me to change it, and I decided to use the same nickname on 2+2.

Random fishy play. I tried to rep a flush OTR, which I never have. With this exact combo, I think I can call the river at a low frequency (<20%)

          First hand:

In my sims, KTo is a 100% call preflop.

          Second hand:

OTF: On this flop, we want to use a small sizing (0.33P, for example) and a bigger sizing (0.75P, for example) with our range. This KQs combo is a high frequency big bet OTF.

OTT: If we check OTF, on this turn we have a pure big bet (0.75P, for example) with this combo. Bet small on this turn is a mistake.

OTR: If we bet small OTT, in my sim this is a pure JAM OTR. Sick and confusing, but we shouldn't be here on the first place because we should have beted bigger OTF (or OTT after we checked OTF). To balance this weird line, the simulation uses KK and QQ to JAM as well.

          Best regards.

Thanks for the feedback. Kindly appreciated.

H1 - In my ranges I have KTo as a 3bet BB vs BTN 50%

H2 -I do agree I should have a big bet size OTF, but also check at some frequency. I can't cbet 75% with range. And in my sim KQs is high freq check. Must be because we have different ranges preflop.

Turn and river I completely agree with you. I can even overbet turn and shove river.
As I said before, I haven't studied turns and rivers that much, so I definitely make many mistakes on later streets.

It's interesting that your sim suggests a high frequency check with this combo. But yeah, it's probably about the premises. And don't worry about it: everybody makes mistakes. It's a hard game.

            April Wrap-up:

First time since June 2020 that I couldn't reach my monthly target of 20k hands. But in my defense I took 7 or 8 days off the tables.

I'm slightly concerned about my game. I'm still making so many mistakes. In the last session of this month I donated 100bb in a just a few hands. This tilt me the most, knowing it hinders my winrate.

            Results

This is also the worst month in a while. I only won 5 buy-ins, but I should consider myself lucky, considering my game. I'm struggling to recall if I ever played my A game this month

My plan for May is to play 20K hands, but the main objective is to improve my game on and off the tables.

If I can learn something from the first week of this month, is that I should try and stop tilting when I'm running bad. Easier said than done, I know. But I simply stop thinking and I'm just clicking buttons while I'm going through a medium downswing.

Read the mental game of poker or whatever it's called, def work on tilt control because a good winning player shouldn't tilt and if he/she does feel playing tilted they need to quit asap and play again another time/day. Don't let short term results affect your play or mood

Thanks! I always said to myself that I know the principles, so why bother reading the "mental game of poker" book. But I definitely should give it a try now.

"quit asap and play again another time/day" - I definitely do that, but I think I take more time than necessary. This month I've already took 3 or 4 days off, because of the tilt. And to be honest, I was anticipating a slow month, as restrictions are gradually lifting in my country and I was hoping to go out a little more.

Hand 3, he is most likely a fish with the overlimp? So, would raise the flop for sure. Very tilting to see QQ there and not getting paid more.

Tough month so far, I have been barely playing (not even 10k hands) and mostly losing.

H3 Against a nitty reg. Probably my thought process here is flawed, I felt like if I bet large OTR I'm committed to his shove and he won't shove anything other than 9x, considering we were 180bb deep (i.e. 9Ts and 89s) so I decided to use this sizing, so I can easily fold to his shove and could also use it when I'm bluffing.

                      What do you guys think?

H2 check flop imo, as played I probably fold, he's checkraising against 2 and can definately have a set, or in this guys case 2p
H3 played fine but can still bet bigger and fold imo to get more value from TT-QQ

Thanks - H2 - You're right, if I was OOP I would've definitely checked the flop. But IP, against a fish and a unknown, I decided to bet. But should've folded to his raise. I thought he might play this way with TT or some 89/9T.

why are you playing fast/zoom on pacific?
rake is too high and game quality not great
I would stick to regular tables or just switch sites. try to avoid the micro trap, rake is huge

I'm so used to zoom/snap games that I when I try to play regular tables it feels like a different game.

I play on 888 70% of my volume and 30% on Stars. Having 0% rake-back is so demotivating for me and tbh I'm planning on moving away from Stars for good.

What other sites do you suggest I should try? I'm willing to try something else, but it must allow hand tracking.

I never got the exclusive challenge on stars yet. If I ever get so lucky to receive one, it would be sweet. 40% rakeback is the equivalent of the supernova status from back in the day, as far as I know.

An interesting hand played against a reg. Probably my turn play is not great. But I don't really know what he tried to rep with 2x shove OTR, other than maybe a set of TT and some ATs and A5s . But, I think, my Ac is a good blocker.

I don't think he should have many 4x in his range, except some A4 suited and low frequency 44. And than, the low amount he can have, would he really check back turn?

                              Hi everyone!

There has been a long time since the last update. To be honest, I even forgot about poker for a while and I barely played 9k hands last month.

This month, however, I was lucky enough to receive the exclusive rakeback challenge on stars and I started to play a little bit more and I'm running pretty hot at the moment.

Having said that, I have no idea how to play deep and this hand is the best example:
