One of my leaks in my opinion is that i have trouble slowplaying my monsters and lose alot of value

Here is a superclear call, not raise, i got the deck crushed and whatever his holding his drawing super slim, by raising i knock out all lower flushes.

Raising this turn is also superbad, he folds all air and continues only with 99xx pretty much, so i should have just called OTT and let him fire the rivern, again raising cost me value.... shame on me!

to expand; finishing a true/full smolov with proper 1RM input is almost as freaky as finishing your SNE challenge, I failed week10 or something, havent tried it since again, kinda miss it. I instantly went from almost taking a new PR in some form every squatting session to being a weak pussy when I did not feel the pressure to perform anymore, weaksauce mind etc, the first weeks of everending pain and soreness was insane(mostly in phase1 and the reason its there, to prepare the body), but the feeling after a while squatting close to 100% of my own ability 4days a week during phase2 and phase3 and not feeling sore at all is a pretty sick feeling GL with pokers and le squats

Yea i kid you not, this is my second attempt @ Smolov, I 2 quit after 9-10weeks in the first one, but i did it when i was cutting (yea i'm kind a ******ed) .
This time i'm currently bulking so i got massive amount of energi compare to the last time, but still, every workout is a bitch and squatting 4 times a week sure makes you wish you had stuck to stamp collecting instead

I'm currently at week 5 so not even half way done, got a PR attempt coming up the 10th so hopefully lifting more then 160kg ( current PR)

I did smolov last year. Got my squat up to 400lbs, but by the end of it I was aching everyday, knees and lower back were killing me, didn't even want to walk up or down stairs ever.

After I did Smolov I pretty much quit squatting and have just been doing leg press and pussy leg machine exercises

8tabling Zoom is alot of work, i feel like i play my B-C game most of the part, so i've decided to only play 4tables ZOOM, focusing more on improving my hand reading ability and just play my A game poker.

Playing fewer table sure has increased my winrate alot, it's gonna be harder to hit SNE when i only play 4tables, but be a winning player is worth more then a break-even-winning-with-rakeback-player, also the more i improve, the sooner i can move up in stakes, the more vpp per hands i get, like playing 4tables PLO200 zoom = 1vpp/hand according to the not so accurate fpppro.com and 4tables PLO25 and 4tables PLO50 = 0.203 + 0.350 = 0.753vpp.

First day at work in 3weeks, tired as hell.

Todays Smolov was 10x3 @ 142.5kg, heavy as hell,no more squats until the 10th when it's time to try my new 1maxrep, aiming for 170kg atleast, then "only" 6more weeks of Smolov.
When those 6week has passed, i'm gonna do Smolov Jr for Bech, i currently only Squat, no upperbody workout at all, so i need to build some sweet boobs. I'm currently reverse dieting, my macros atm are : 180g Protein 250g Carbs 55g Fat for a total of 2150kcal, when i finished my cut i was down to 1800kcal so these 300kcals feels like x-mas every day, i'm aiming to reverse diet until april so hopefully i'm at 3000kcal+ with minimum fat gain, so far i've gained 1kg/2pounds since 24/11-2014 so i'm really happy with the result so far.
