**** me. really bad today. i was +300 a while back, just running so good at reg tables. then I hit up zoom and drop 600 really quick. just getting destroyed. so I tilted hard and moved up to zoom 100. just an absolute failure of discipline. luckily i ran good and am just slightly below even with rakeback but I am extremely disappointed in myself for reacting emotionally and taking a tremendous risk with my bankroll. bad bad bad!

in hand 12/13 I had just 3 bet the same villain from SB against his button open like 2 minutes previous and it had gone I bet flop he calls, I bet turn he folds, so I think that played a factor in his calling on the turn and river.

great start to the day. got into a nice heads up match against a fish and won the match. he bought in for min and started crushing me right away doubled up but then is stacked him and he reloaded for 80 bb and i eventually stacked him again. but i paid a decent amount of money in rake since the match went on for 100 hands. basically got back the 120 or w/e i lost yesterday, between winnings and rakeback. very very close to a 9000 stars coin bonus as well which is good.

i think win rates of up to 10-20 big blinds per 100 are easily sustainable in really good plo games. i'm winning at a rate of 4.51 bb / 100 over 60k hands right now but this involves a lot of play at marginal games, such as zoom and when i was playing 20 tables of 6 max at any table where there was even one fish. playing the best 3 or 4 games in a limit I bet I could win at say 12 bb / 100. average 70 hands / hr / table. so 200 hands per hour lets say, or $6 / hr @ .10/.25.

guess I will play a game of online chess, drink some water and coffee, do some hand review and then get to my grind. last couple days have been break evenish after rakeback, which is okay i guess. better than losing. yesterday i lost $-52 but but made $118 in rakeback. the day before i broke even after rakeback. but i had 4 solid winning days (pre rakeback) before then. maybe I am burning out. I think i need to game select better and I have a plan to do so for today. ****ing 50 plo games are so reg infested.
