in terms of BB/100 sure, $/h most likely not. zoom is way more tilting imo, so worse for me.

Zoom definitely takes it toll quicker on you if you tilt, considering there are so many more hands per hour. Regular tables if you can play enough can earn more than zoom but it all comes down to how many you can play. I would still focus on quality rite now rather than learning bad habits which will send you spiralling back when you shot take at higher stakes. Send me a PM popeye if you wanna talk strat.

Good to hear, I battle gastrointestinal disorder (not sure if this is the right term in English) right now so it sucks. I still feel like i playing different on plo5- more like not to lose instead of winning the most- for some reason. No clue why that's the case, the pool of player isn't much better.

Looks like you run like I do at my plo5 shots. It just takes me a lot longer playing 1 - 3 tables of non-fastfold tables while working/surfing.

yeah, but had my fair share in tilting and playing bad too. last 1k hands was 6 table only and it helped. maybe i need a stoploss or so, like 5 buyins.
