Haven't had time to read through yet but are you planning to keep updating the bitB thread in 2018 or just this one? (seems like a lot of time writing if both , but obv more content the better)

Thanks mate! I was going to ask if you wanted to partner up and get really involved, but I know you're big into the online stuff atm, if it changes let me know, think it would be a great collab!

Last year's link: https://twitter.com/spaceyfcb/status...422209?lang=en. Also you can filter out the tournaments with buy-in of USD 10.000 and more using Hendon mob's search options. Link: http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/even...stance=0&city=. 3rd advice I would give you is buy your flights tickets well in advance (like 3-4 months), that way they are way cheaper (like 40-60 % off peak price) that means that you should already start planning for the first half of 2018 poker schedule right now. Link: https://www.skyscanner.nl/?locale=en-GB. Fourth advice regarding personal planner for next year maybe you could split up these tasks (1. flights + transportation 2. airbnb+ internet 3. food/health/relaxation manager 4. tournament/casino planner) to people who are upcoming low stakes tournament players from underpriviliged East-European countries (like Ukraine, Romania, Hungary or Bulgaria) in exchange for money/ low level-coaching that way they benefit from your knowledge and you really help them ahead in their country plus you can pay less than 20 dollars and more people would benefit. Maybe some of your guys in your stable or romeopro know some upcoming low stakes guys who could really benefit now and in the future from this type of deal.
Thanks mate. I used Kennys last year, its a little bit difficult to condense everything in and be able to visualise though (I want 12 months of tournaments in there)

Nice little bink on Sunday. Always like winning this kind of field size, tournament doesn't go on for so long. I don't care about actual $ results online anymore, its basically all down to variance and luck of how you run in your high buy ins. I just have expectations of high standards for myself.

I watched the football, then got into a session around 7pm. I quickly had 10+m tables and I just wasn't enjoying it at all, I was just wanting the session to end, i was set up perfectly, amazing monitor, PC quicker can Mbappe but just couldn't enjoy the session. I had 6 tables left, I switched the PC off by the big button and just went downstairs, sat on sofa, dog cuddled up to me and I loaded up the tables on my laptop and my focus/desire was just a different level, I loved having less tables and being in a comfortable position and just felt completely in the A game. I think moving forward I'm going to play 6 tables, 8 absolutely maximum, I don't need to grind it out, I don't need to play volume to get over the variance, I've already accepted variance will always win when by abi fluctuates so much. I will use it as training yard, more focus/less tables means that I will find spots more interesting, see population tendencies more and get way more reads.

Will see how that goes.

So obviously last night after writing everything and spending time watching one drop I was just so excited to play haha.

I checked online and theres some pretty fun things coming up.

November

19-26 GUKPT Grand Final (in my city)
18-25th Amsterdam Classics (anybody know how this will be?)
25th- 10th LAPC In bellagio, bunch of tournaments including a $10k with $2m for first.

December

Prague festival of poker.

I have so much to study/set up etc, do you think I should just spend these two months max/mass preparing or do you think I should play these?

My plan for January is to go to Nottingham in the first week and play the £1k/£2.5ks, play powerfest online series during the middle and then go to Aria for 3 days to play 2 25ks and 1 10k.

February I will go to Millions Germany for the week long series which will have a 10k, 5k, 25ks and a good 1k. Then from 21st-24th go to Aria for 3 25ks and 1 10k

Missing anything obvious out here? I'm not going to go to PCA or Aussie Millions. And thoughts on how I should spend the end of 2017?

One other thing I wanted some thoughts/opinions on is bankroll management in these live tournaments. How much should I take of myself in a soft field small field, how much in a tough field small field, how much in a soft field big field etc.

This is not my BR and don't want to stipulate what it is/isn't but lets just work off a cool $1m so its easy for people to work out.

Any recommendations of how much to take in the different tournaments? Any guidelines or strong opinions, including controversial ones? Would love some discussion on this.

Hey Patrick, I will plan your first two travel stops for free. If you like it, great and we can talk about payment, if you don't like what I did for you well then that's my loss.
As far as payment it will be super fair, I could even imagine doing it in return for a little bit of coaching. I'm sure we will find a solution and I'm sure you will like the results. DM me if interested so we can talk more in private. I traveled a lot myself so I know what it takes to be comfortable on the road. Once I know your preferences I'm sure I can get you a place you can call home wherever you go.

How about you use the following: Skyscanner for flights, Google search to find a company that will deliver fresh healthy food to your door, and the Air bnb app to book accommodation. In the time it takes to tell your 'personal assistant' where you are travelling to and when, you could have booked your own flights, same goes for Air bnb. Or do you just want to be able to tell people that you have a personal assistant that performs these simple life tasks for you?

Thought the same to be honest. Takes a hour of prep to travel cheap, book flights and accommodation in reasonable time etc. Easy to waste money being disorganised booking last minute with no planning before hand, even if you can afford it seems silly to me.

Few years back rolled into Paris airport on route to the EPT at Deuville having done zero preparation just assuming would be simple to get the train. Turns out it wasn't and ended up getting a 400 euro taxi ride instead. Was a valuable lesson though 10 minutes preparation can save you alot of EV long term.

Subbed etc gl

More interested in crypto than poker going into 2018 myself whats your general thoughts on that space.
