Hey guys,

so far month is going pretty good. Although I had some freedays because of birhtday party + some stuff that needed to be done. SO now I am going to play usually 10 hours a day to make 200 hours this month. I am grateful that I am beating that first month on my own.

I watched this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9qlAPbjLFKc where guys talk about the old economy and new economy that is already part of the world. How people should learn how to create job for themselves and others instead of depending and job security. Really interesting. I recommend to everybody watch it. The guy on the end recommend to write 3 problems that you have every day. After a month you will have 90 problems. Than choose 2-3 problems that you are most passionate about and trying to figure it out problems because being entrepeneur is about solving problems.

So far my biggest problem is to get up from bed right after waking up. This was my problem pretty much whole life. I tried for example that I set myself that I have to get up in 15 minutes after hearing alarm and If I didn´t I would have to spend 25 minutes under cold water. Problem is that I am forced to get up but I often didn´t feel that good first hour. So often I just didn´t set alarm so I didn´t have to force myself to get up. I want to something that I wake up and will be feeling good after while and be happy to get up. I will try3 things after waking up these week.
1) first thing I do is to look ony my goals that I put into my mobile because I noticed that usually even If I am not in a mood of playing once I look on my goals I suddenly get motivated.
2) Till I don´t get up I have to smile. It sound pretty stupid but I was looking on a interview with David Caperfield and he talked about friend of his that she every day after waking up just forced herself to smile. Brain is set up to release certain chemicals once you smile. “We don´t smile only because we feel good but we also feel good because we smile”.
3) Go under shower first take hot one and after cold one. It will wake up my body.



Otherwise most likely I will be moving to Costa Rica. Probably second week in a october. Really excited about new adventure.

That is everything from me now. If anybody has any suggestion how to get up from bed asap and feeling good. Please in coment.

Hey guys,

little update for september. It was my first full month outside of BPC. It was kind of solid month. I had lots of fun stuff outside of poker and 5 days before the end of the month I checked that I only played 120 hours. I made a challenge I am going to play 80 hours in the rest of month. Eventually I didn´t make it but still played 61 hours. I was really unbalanced in these days and had trouble asleep. The brain was just constantly thinking and it was really hard to fall asleep. But still I am proud I played that much hours. It was most I ever played in 5 days.

So in september I played 181 hours and profit 5866 euro. I will probably now buy membership in upswingpoker.com. It is site created by best no limit holdem player “WCGRider”. I am a fan of him and I believe it will provide value for me. I think I didn´t improve for a few months much. I wasn´t working much outside of the tables.

At the end of the month I will fly to Costa Rica. We are now in phase of picking up the house. Looks really epic. I am looking forward to improve my surfing skill. I was on a surf camp almost 4 years ago and I really loved it. Also it is getting pretty cold here so it will be great to spend winter time outside of Czech republic.

Haha. Hey man. IT is really great here. WE are in a big house. 3 bedrooms, everybody has his own bathroom, personal pool, terrace, kitchen, living room. Really awesome. I will post picture this month.

Hey guys,

so october is behind us. It was actually one of the worst month but there were also some good things. So first of all I have to spend like 3 days in hospital for some small operation. Nothing serious but annoying. During the time in hospital when I had time to think I suddenly become paranoid about some things that happen in Thailand. When I was in Thailand i had there two “accidents” and it is not country where you want these “accidents” to happen �� but I kind of forgot about that. However when I was in that hospital I started recall it suddenly and became totally paranoid that I caught some STD. I suddenly started connecting some symptons that I had months ago to some dissease. I think I never freaked out that much in my life. I was thinking that I just ****ed up my life because of some stupid mistake. SO I was like 6 days totally in stress. Luckily tests were negative so I was really grateful for that. I am usually very calm person. I ofcourse get stressed or angry sometimes but I am not really living in this all the time worried state like lots of people do. Always worried about things that could happen and in most cases they won´t. Always when I wanna achieve something I know that either I make it so it will be great or I fail and I will gain some lesson. However here it was different I was really results oriented because if results were bad it would be realy, really bad.



I also spent 14 days in Poland with 5 guys. We were a bit working and pretty much every night going to clubs. It was really awesome to go with another guys who can spend whole night in club sobber and still be social and approach women. It made me again realise how alcohol is completely unecesary things. Most guys, even they don´t admit, drink so they can loosen up and be able to talk to women but with little practice you can get into same mood without drinking alcohol and it can last whole night. However when you drink you hit that sweet spot for a little while and than you try to get there again and you are either not drunk enough or too drunk. I didn´t play there that much and I was planning to play a lot when I come back. However on the end my trip in Poland I caught some brutal throat virus. I have never felt so bad in my life. This was like worst days of my life. I couldn´t swallow, eat, drink, sleep, talk. **** it was terrible. After two days I got some painkiller and had to eat like 8 pain killers a day to be able to eat and drink something. Also I had to get from Krakow to Prague by 7 hours long travel n this state. It was terrible. After week I eventually get healty but I probably underestimated and after few days I caught it again. Not so brutal but I had to just lie in bed do nothing.

So in october I think I had one of the worst days in my life. I had to spent 3 days in hospital which I never have done before. I totally freaked out because of possible disease and I spent like two weeks having so far the worst sickness in my life. I wasn´t productive I didn´t play even 50 hours but yeah I had lots of fun in Poland. I have lots of fun memories from clubs.

So pokerwise it really sucks because of my super low volume I played 48 hours and won 802 euro but hey it is not so bad. I did almost nothing and still made like average salary in my country.

I arrived to Costa Rica two days ago. Totally love this place. We have really beatiful big house, our own pool, like 10 minutes walk to the beach where you meet like 5 people per hour and also we have our own chef who cook for us two times a day. I pay a bit more than in Asia but hey it is worth it. This was my dream. Also Costa Rica has really beatiful nature. First day I saw like 10 crocodiles in the river, I saw big turtle, lizzard and everytime you look to sky you see like 3-5 raptor flying above you.

Hey man,

No I am not there anymore. I was in Thailand march and april. Otherwise there is lots of players in bangkok but I wouldn´t move there. Better to go on some islad or something. You can enjoy there parties, sea etc. I was on Koh Samui and it was really good. Great parties, cheap foods and nice people.

Hey guys,

November is behind us and here is short review.

Results oriented it wasn´t best month. However I am in Costa Rica and I love it here. Really nice people, good food, weather mostly good. I love I could get back to surfing. First and last time I surfed was 3 years ago. Having our own chef is one of the bets investment. I save a big amount of time a day. Moneywise it is almost same price as go to restaurant. I am glad that I don´t have to do things that I don´t want to and somebody do it for me. We have been on some trips. two national parks, waterfalls and by boat on a island. Really nice.

As I said above. Moneywise it wasn´t that great but I started playing 10 of novembre so I didn´t have that much time. I spent 148 hours playing and made 3030 euro. I started playing some tougher oponnents and especially last three days I lost a lot. I registered on run it once and I see improvements. Mainly starting to realize how much things I don´t know. So I am starting to creating some better strategy against good oponnents. I wanna be good against regulars but on the other hand I don´t have still such a huge bankroll to get into some crazy battles on nl400, nl600. I already lost about 2k this month against good oponents but I think I played good. So Now I will start table selecting good again and will study more to create strategy against good oponents and hopefull by the end of the month I can play better players again.

Around half of the month I created new habbits. Every day I learn 20 minuts spanish, 20 minutes I look on something about investment or economy (mostly khanacademy it is really good) and 20 minutes I read. I recognize at myself that often I start doing something but after some time I stopped doing that. I read that to create a habbit you need 21-30 days. SO I will set for myself that every month I will do something (or not do) something for whole month and on the end of the month I will decided if it is worthy and I will continue in this habbit or not.

Hey guys,



didn´t updatet it for three months. Don´t have any excuse I guess just lazinness to update. So in december two days before christmas I moved to Colombia capital city Bogota. In december I was partyng a lot so didn´t play that much. In January I decided to join BPC CFP program 6-max. I was allowed to play heads up as well as 6-max. I was doing this till like half of the february. Played 6-max only nl100 to not loose much money. I won some money there but nothing much. About 19 of february I decided to quit 6-max and invested into improving my heads up game. Bought one course and spend like 16 days just studyiing doing analyses etc.

From 19 of february till 7 of march I was only watching videos and doing analyses with three days break on the end of february when I took vacation on one of my friend birthday party. So started playing on 8 of march and realise what a bunch of fishes most regs are. I was so afraid to play most regs. Especially on KOTH sites I thought they are really good because they battle a lot. Lots of them are ridiculossly weak and even the stronger one usually stopped playing you when they see you are solid after like 100 hands. Also took vacation on 4 days in the end of March to island Mucura. Real paradise. White sand, clear blue water, palms, coconuts. Really amazing.





Results in March were really good. I played limit nl50-nl400 and give that I started playing on 8 of March + had 4 days vacation it is really good. I am not sure exactly how much hours I played. I didn´tk eep track of that much. I would say something like 120 may be. not sure and made 9400 euro. Which is one of my best month. So the studying really paid off. I feel much more confident now in my game and see lots of improvements.

I also decided that every month no matter what I am going to invest 20% of my winnings. I was planning it doing it already for some time. However I always said to myself that I want to get on higher limits or I had some bigger expenses that month. It will be always the case. I always want to get to higher limits and at least when I know that 20% of my winnnings will dissapear every month there will be more pressure on me to make more money.

Now actually I got sick on 31 of march and felt super bad for a few days. Now I am getting out of the sickness finally.

Otherwise something from my personal life. I wasn´t planning to stay in Bogota that long. I have been here already over 3 months. Bogota is nice but it is about 2500 metres above sea. So the weather is kind of changing between rainy, sunny and cloudy and there is no sea. Also in the beginning was hard to get adjust to different amout of oxygen in the air. Now I don´t know if I adjust or ju get used ot it. Really good parties, girls are pretty smart and have some friends here. But the reason I am still here is because I find here really cool girl that I like. (It is really hard to not fall in love in Colombia). So I am a bit overstaying. Not sure how it will be if she became my gf or not. Will see. It is also good that she doesn´t speak english so I am forced to speak only spanish. In the beginning it was really tough because I didn´t know **** of spanish but thanks to google translate we were able to talk. Now I can most of the time say what I want in some way that she understand.

Probably in April will be focusing on heads up a lot however friend that I lived with in Costa Rica and one month here in Colombia is really good 6-max player. (reg on 500 zoom). Promised me coaching for really good price. So may be also start focusing again on some 6max.

hey guys,

I decided to start blogging again. to share my progress, may be inspired some and put some pressure on me.

It has been over two years since last post.

Since that lots of changed. I have lived most of those two years in Colombia but also travelled to USA and stayed in europe. I have been in relationship now over year and half. Currently I am staying in Malta where my girlfriend study english

About my poker career everything went smoothly until bitcoin crash haha. I have made some stupid decission because most of the last two years I have just played on asian apps and thought to myself well why keep dollars and euros. Let´s keep it in crypto and If I wanna cash out I can always cash out and at least this way I get interest. After crypto crash suddenly there was not that much to cash out. Now it looks good again, however I have lots of my crypto porftolio in other crypto currencies not just btc. So I am still struggling a bit.

I switch recently to 6-max because I am getting coached by one of my friend + there are some other guys. so we have some group. I started with nl50, since I had not played 6 max for a very long time. I have already been playing over month nl100. I was ready to move up to nl200 but hit some downswing and had to cash out some money. So I am now still on nl100.

I think one of the big mistake I have done last two years is to not clear goals in other areas of my life. There are other areas of life which directly or indirectly influence you on the table and in life. So last week I created goals for others areas of my life, emotional goals, social goals, financial goals, character goals, fitnes and health goals + there are some more which I will create next week

I will be sharing here mainly my shorterm poker and financial goals, since I don´t think it is good idea to share long term goals. The other goals from other category i will share some some but some i will keep private.


I think it is important to have a goals longterm like several years, than 1 year, than monthly, weekly and daily. I have made a mistake a lot in a past that I just created longterm goals(year +) but than realised that I have not achieved them. Reason is that you can get lost during day in your life and forgot if you are going the way you want to go. I think goals are like compass. If you do not have goals you are like a sailor without a compass. You don´t know where you go, so you will never get anywhere. If you have just longterm goals. Lets say 1 year +. Well now it is like knowing you are going to north but check your compass once a year. Now if you have been whole year going south you will find it after one year. However if you have longterm goals so you know your destination and also shorterm you are checking your compass everyday and everyday make sure you are going the right away.

I think another thing is to always have high standard for yourself and what can happen we start lowering our standarts. day after day without notice. So for me having high stadards is to change what I should do to what I must do. Reason lots of people do not have high standards because it is just painful. it is painful to wake up at 6, it is painful to go play 12 hours etc. However only thing more painful than this is to wake up one day and ask yourself what if? what if I have done all the things I should have done, what if I what if what if and the pain of regrets is much higher. than the pain of pushing yourself. so choose your pain or the pain will choose you.

One more thing that I think is very important and it is to have the purpose reason why we do things we do. however not just ask yourself why do you want to be succesful and lets say response is to be financially free. ask yourself why do you want to be financially free and than ask again on the answer you get and ask yourself at least 7 times so you go really deep and find a strong reason. After do the same with what happen if you do not achieve what you want and remind yourself everyday the pain that will cause it in a future if you don´t achieve it.

I coached one of my friend and student. We talked about how to change your should to must. how to find your strong why, how to change beliefs and how other areas of your life influence your career. He is making some good progress last week since he started doing breathing exercises each morning and also always finding out meaning to every situation that helps and get him to resourceful states. It is always good to have students because by teaching them I organize some of my thoughts.

I started last month reading again book by Tony Robins unlimited power. I read it few years ago but than stopped doing lots of the exercise. NLP for example. Now my goal is to do NLP on daily basis. Since if we can control our emotional state and get into the state that is most resourceful in that moment. We are at our best when we need we get the best possible results. “People do not miss resources, they miss control over their resources”. I think mastering health and emotions are base of everything . If I master these two areas everything else than become easy. If I can control my emotional state and not be just in reaction to circumstances, I always do the best possible decission in that moment. If I am healthy I have all the energy I need for getting results I want.

Otherwise if you are intested in breathing exercises. I am a big fan of Wim hof. May be you heard about him. He is the ice man. He has done lots of crazy stuff. Like swimming under ice 100 metres from one hole to another, climbing mount everest in shorts etc. I have bough may be year ago his course and since than doing almost everyday breathing exercises with cold showers (however now on Malta the water is not too cold because of the hotness). Now I am also experimenting with other breathing exercises. Last few days I have been doing this one. It is short but really good. Gets you energetized.

hey guys

I did not update yesterday. I took a day off unexpectally. Normally I have a free day at monday or wednesday because weekend is best for action and my girlfriend ends school early so we take some trip. However this time we needed whole day to go to blue Lagoon in Comino. So we went yesterday. I always want to have one day free from all electronics and be in nature. Because I always relax so much there and have more energy and creativity into my work. It is really amazing place. It was a bit crowded though. Will post pictures later.

as you can see I did not do all my goals, it was because I was setting up some new sites and it took more than I expected. This week goals I will not achieve some of them. I expected to take a day off on monday and I took it yesterday. Also I spend some time with the setting up the sites. THere are some strategic things that I was supposed to do this week. Like watching coachin session and run in pio sims sb vs bb cb turn. However I prefer to do it tmr and today just grind because it is sunday.
