Hez guys,

I have not updated two days. I worked whole two days on theory since I am losing quite a lot in red line and also still was setting up some heads up sites.. However I think I figure it out now why. Coach pin point some leaks and I found out some spots in database analyses, where I am not attacking properly.

Hey guys,

concert of Oasis was great. However it is funny it was free on Malta, which is crazy. Last week there was a free concert of Martin Garrix. So I think people do not appreciate when it is free so I felt the atmosphere is not so good like when it is normal paid concert. However I enjoyed it.

I overslept today. I forgot to set up goals in the evening for today and when alarm went up I said. I need to rest a bit more. So to not happen this today. I always need to set up goals for the next day before. so in the morning I am aware how many things I need to do and also always remembered after waking up. why I do that and also what are the concequences of not achievening my goals. This works for me. so tmr again getting up 6-7

Glad to hear it man. For me works to have goals shorterm, midterm, longterm. otherwise it is very easy for me to get lost by daily life and forgot where I am going.

So I did not make some of the goals. Reason is that some of the goals I was delaying for later days but than friday to sunday are my grind days and I thought it is more + ev to grind that to study or watch some coaching video because the action is best. so for this week my goal is to have all the goals done by thursday so than friday – sunday is just my grind day.

Also I all days got up from bed before 7. however there was one day, when I had a free day before I kind of take the next morning as a part of the free day. However next time the next day is working day already. so I will set up my alarm. One day I did not get up early because I did not plan my day ahead night before so I kind of prefered to stay longer in bed. Not knowing how much tasks I have.

another thing is that they are some categorizes of my life that are like on the hold however if you donīt pay attention to them they will get worse. so even though I am busy guy. I still want to find some time everyday to work on them. one of them is spanish. There are still lots of grammar stuff that I do not know. so every day at least 30 minutes of spanish. Second is trading. I am in one closed mentorship on group but I have not been watching videos because of being busy. However everyday I find at least 30 minutes time to do some trading.

On today I do not write any goals. I was busy right from the morning. I had tennis session. Won 8:6. after I prepared for coaching looking for leaks of regs I play regularly with. In session we discused it each reg pretty deep. So there were some good info. After I had weekly call with my friend to talk about our upcoming and past week and how to organize it better for future. Shared some good info together and will have 2 more guys joining in next week. Than I was with my girlfriend and also print eye chart so I can start working on improving my eyesight.

quick review of yesterday. I had to do some accounting stuff which took me more than two hours and had really hard kickbox training. After training I just came so tired, ate and went to sleep. so did not achieve all my goals on that day

quick update of yesterday. I wanted to go now two weeks without day off because after I have vacation. so I though I could pus hit. However yesterday I did not have too much energy. so I did not lots of things. so I think I should have taken one day off every week no matter what. To restore my energy.

quick update. Yesterday I woke up not hearing properly on my right ear and during the day I started feeling pain. I skipped my kickbox class because of that. I will go see a doctor. Hope it is going to be fine. My gf had something similar few weeks ago.

Hey guys,

update of my week. It was really interesting week. I did not achieve all my goals on this week but it is fine. I put quite a lot on me. I lost like a day because I got “swimmerīs ear”. I got infection into my ear from everyday morning swimming in a sea. so one day I woke up and did not hear on my ear and next day and half I was in a huge pain. Now my hearing is coming back.

However that is not what was interesting this week. I had a slightly losing month last month, which was due to some of the leaks but also low volume because I spent lots of time studying. THis month I am around BE however I also studied a lot. It is very frustrating and some days I had no desire to play. This year and even last months of last year have been the most stressfull in my poker career. Due to three things. First problem with my life bankrol because of puting too much money in crypto since I used to play on chinesse apps. (why keep money in fiat when I can keep it in crypto where I get interest ). Second learning new format 6max. Third first time in my life being responsible for someone else except me (my girlfriend). She flew from Colombia with me to Malta to learn english.

Lots of days this year I have spent stressed and not getting results I desire was influencing me negatively. Even though my results are not that bad. I had pretty good winrate on nl50 and may be did not play such a huge sample on nl100 but still I am up there pretty good. So lots of this feeling of not getting results is not real it is just that I am not making now the money I used to make. Which is understandable due to learning new format and playing low limits. Lots of time I am just stressed because I am not sure if I have enough money to pay all my bills, debts, coachings and still move up the limits. However I have still investments that I could at worst case scenario sell. However two days ago I did not want to play at all. I felt afraid that I was going to have a losing session and I was going to be stressed. So I stayed for a while with that feeling and than I started having some ephiphanies. so I wanna share what I get.



Now is more important than future goal! If your goal in a future becomes more important that right here and right now you are viewing present moment as a enemy because you wanna be in a future instead of present. I am a big fan of goals I have goals for all areas of my life. however it depends how do you view goals. I used to view goals subsconciously as something that will fullfill me in a future. However goals are just a compass that is showing you which way to go. IF your goal is to be best no limit omaha tournament player your compass is very different from somebody who wants to be 6max cash game no limit holdem player. Problem starts the moment the future goal become more important that right here right now, you are not present in the moment and if you are not present moment you canīt get into flow state, zone, deep now, whatever you call it. If you do not get into that state, ironically it will be harder to get your future goal. Ironically if now become more important than future goal you will get to future goal easily and sooner.

Do not play for money, play for the art! Poker is played with the money so lots of time we view it that is the purpose of playing to make money. However money are just by-product. I have never heard Michael Jordan say I love basketball because It makes me that amount money in a year or Eminem saying that he loves to make music because it makes one milion dolar every week (I dunno how much he makes per week). Everybody who achieve some mastery loves the the thing just for the thing itself not for the reward. My coach also said to me that he is obssesed to find the answer for every spot. I think what happened to me and what happened to lots of poker players is that they are at first motivated by the lifestyle that poker gives you. However when you finally move out of your parents basement and you live in grindhouse in thailand, Constarica or whatever is your goal now what is the reason to play? You do not have one. Now the poker can become prison to you because you only play it to sustain the lifestyle you have. I have met many pokerplayers who now hate poker. Now how far can you get with that attitude?Not very far. Poker is the expression of yourself and it is art. May be when I say art we imagine painting, photography etc. however everything is art because everything you do is expression of yourself and you only express your best self when you are full present in a zone, deep now, state…

If I am going to get broke, let it be but at least I will have a good time! Lots of time after losing session I felt angry or bad. However it is really stupid. since about 45% of session are losing no matter how good player you are. So why am I angry after session? It is the same reason why parents are angry on their child when they missbehave. It is because they feel they are losing control. I am angry because I feel I am not in control. however there are only few things I can control. My thoughts, emotions and action. I canīt control if Iam running bad or good and I am not doing myself any favor by being angry. so only thing I focus is being in control of these three things thoughts, emotions, action.

On friday I am going to vacation with my girlfriend to Italy. So I make less this week. however there are some things I need to change. In past my plan was to mainly study monday – wednesday and than play longe session friday – sunday and thursday something between studying and playing. Sounded like a good plan since the action is best on weekend. however problem is that 6max playing long hours is for me impossible. In a past playing heads up even 13 hours a day was okay because it was mainly bumhunting fishes. However in 6max when I need to pay attention to stats of several people behind me etc. It takes lots of focus and I guess yeah I could play 10 hours but definetely not my A game. I found usually the 6hours is maximum per day. so I prefer to study and play at the same day. Now I wanna put more volume in since I have studied a lot past two months and make some really good improvements. so now it is time it pays its interest. so I will play monday to thursday 6 hours each day and friday I am not sure what time is my flight haha so will see, if it is in the evening I can play also 6 hours. I do less studying this week. I still need to do through my notes before each session since I did lots of analyses.

Hey guys,

I did not update almost two weeks. Reason being that 2-12.8 I took vacation in Italy with my girlfriend. We traveled to Venice, Milan, Piso, Rome. It was nice however I think I have enough of churces and cathedrals for a long time. I have realised that these type of vacation, which are kind of passive sightseeing, just going from monument to monument are not my type of vacation. It is okay for few days but ten days I growed a bit tired of that. I prefer my vacation which are more in nature, which are more active like hiking, or some fun activities like riding sandboard, flight in helicopter, skydiving, scu badiving etc. Usually every vacation I take there are some activities. Just this time it was really purely sightseeing. Also I am not christian and I donīt really understand architecture to appreciate the building. However for a few days it is okay to see the churces, castles. Also the pizza, pasta and wine were really awesome.

I had a goal on this year to learn some new language. In the beginning of the year I though about chinesse, Lately I was considering japan even though I have never been in that country I know quite a lot japanesse and I am interested in that culture. However with my girlfriend we have a common goal to learn Italian after she speaks fluently english. So when we arrived to Italy, I started writing down some basic phrases and I also bought english-italian dictionary with some basic phrases for travelling. I learnt each day few of them and was trying to speak Italian whenever possible. In restaurant, on train station etc. It was fun to learn some basic and being able to understand (not always) what people respond to me. The words are similar to spanish and the grammar looks also similar. I was delaying the whole year to learn another language because I thought that I should be perfect in spanish. However my spanish is already pretty good. I am missing to learn like three tenses and in each language there is always something to learn. So now when I learnt some Italian I want to continue with that. Get to level where I can have 30 minute conversation with native speaker and then get back to spanish and get in on the level of my english. Getting spanish on level of my english is important for the relationship with my girlfriend. I wanna be able to express anything and have it same impact as if I tell it in english or czech.

It is really effective method and fun. Also this guy recently created app which makes everything much faster. There still some missing features but I really like it. I have it as aapp on my phone. Normally creating one flash card in anki would take me may be 10 minutes. Here it can take 30 seconds but the effect is same + he explains how to pronounce in each language different vowels and consonant. so I donīt have to search through google to see how to pronounce them. So it wonīt take that much effort for me to study every day 20 or 30 minutes. Since there is not that much effort and I can just do it on my phone, so I can lie down on a coach, relax and learn new language. I think I could get on same level of Italian like spanish in 3 months. Since my friend who is french told me that he learnt fluently spanish in 3 months, because the grammar is same in spanish like in french. Italian is also super similar to spanish and with this effective method I believe I can get there in 3 months. So will see. May be somebody here who speaks Italian and spanish or french can tell me their experience.

Overal it was good vacation. I took time off poker and I am glad I learnt a bit some new skill (italian).

So now about poker. The result oriented last month was not good. It was my worst month since I started 6max under coaching. However I have not played as many hands. I put lots of hours into studying. So even though my results were bad I know my value as a player increased. I know results always lag behind increasing value and I know I am on the right track. so I feel good about my previous month. overal I was down -961 usd on nl100 6max.

Last month I studied a lot. so this month I will play more and study a bit less. Also one of the mistakes i made last month, was that monday to wednesday i was mostly studying. Than may be thursday I took a day off and my plan was to grind a lot friday to sunday. However I find it difficult in 6max to play like 10 or 12 hours a day. It is possible with bumhunting heads up. However with 6max where I need to focus a lot it is a bit hard. So this month I will play every day at least 6 hours, lets say friday – sunday I can do a bit more and than study lets say 1-3 hours a day.

So I achieved lots of the goals however some of them not. I did not play as many hands. I think for this month i will more set up goals to be hours oriented than hands oriented. Since sometimes I need to focus on some new concept so I need to play less tables. I do not want to play lots of hands just to achieve my goals if I know that sometimes it is better to play less tables.

I did not keep track of hands and hours played. That was a mistakes I kind of did not do it for a few days and than I lost track how much I played. However it is important that this month after each session I write down how many hours and hands I played.

i did lots of work in pio. I ran some other spots which are not here also because sometimes I post hand on discord and I am not sure about the hand so I run it in pio. Only two spots I did not have time to run them but they were the least importance t to me.

I did not rewatch all my coaching videos this month only like a half. This is something that I need to do this month. Rewatch the coaching session that week. When I see my coaching video second time I always see some new stuff.

I did not have any sweat session. I wanted but we kind of did not get together with guys. I want to change this month at least once a week even if it is just 30 minutes watch someone to play or let somebody watch me play.

hey guys,

this was a super lazy week. I did not make any of my goals. There were several factors. First excuse. Laziness after vacation. I was used to not do anything and than I could not get back to rythm. Second I spend most of my euros and I could not get euros. So I had less sites. Third I had some inner conflict in one are aof my life and it took lots of my energy and I needed to solve it. I talk to one of my friend and than stayed a bit with that feeling to figure it out what is going on.

However this week I am back on track
