I wouldn't even worry about 25NL at this stage dude. Beat 10NL for a decent clip then just move up/take shots/w.e. You're not even close to rolled for it and not proven a winner at 10NL yet. Grind your roll back to $250-$300 and play 10NL exclusively. You're obviously crushing 4NL and don't need to be playing that anymore.

Not a bad flop for aces. Limped behind two limpers to see if I could get the 24pr guy or one of the blinds to raise. Board came runner runner 10's and got a 10 to pay some.

4nl and 10nl for last 12 days. I usually start my sessions with 4nl to see how mindset is and I usually like some protection in case of 10nl variance. Well things didn't go so well in the middle of graph and I also changed to an aggro style. That turned into a $61 loss, easily a 4nl record for me. I also ran horribly bad ($30 under ev). Lost every flip, lost with KK against 88 and a few all ins with sets on turn cards and losing to rivered flush suckouts and the like. Along with a couple all in 2 outers one card to come. I also got it in bad but still with some equity one some flops and turns but never really sucked out myself. So I dropped way below my ev line.

I switched back to my old small pot, unless huge hand strategy and started climbing back at a nice steep angle. 17k hands my god, not used to that.

Oh I so forgot to mention... I found out my "woman" slept with her ex and that she lied to my face about not doing it.. didn't mix well with poker... only to find out later it was not actual sex, he took her to 3rd base tho.

I still think they might have tho b/c her daughter did tell me she heard them.


My health has been improving in some ways. I had a near fainting problem that isn't as bad as it used to be. Sometimes it does get fairly bad tho. I am still on disability b/c of this.

I am slowly putting on some muscle and more ripped now, but need more effort. I can dunk a basketball much better than a few months ago. However, I can usually only handle one game of basketball and get fairly spaced out afterwords. Some days I have to sit out of the game before it's over. This being a game to 12 points.

Roll 365 now ha. Going to deposit on Sportsbook soon to get the "200%" bonus.

When a few people flat call a 2x raise preflop and flop comes 235, you know set over set just happened. Called it on the flop before anyone even bet.

This boosted me to $440. 1st of 323. Requested $140.

BTW I moved into the lead by a decent margin for Merge 4nl yearly profit.

I don't get this man. Yeah it's cool to be best in the world on Mere network... for 4NL... But you've played 300k hands at 4nl, really? What's stopping you from moving up?

I keep cashing out 25% or so, each month. I had an experience in 2012 where I deposited $20 and ran it to $832 starting at 4nl and using 20 bi's or less while moving up. Made it to 25nl with some 50nl shots and it was like a ghost town on Merge. It had only taken a month and a half. Got bored and played some 100 and 200nl and lost it all in a few days.

I usually only get $750 a month from disability income. So even when I withdraw $50, it helps. I know this is hurting my chance to move up much quicker and to make more money. I choose to enjoy some of my profit in case I ever tilt all my long hours off again.

Roll at $300 after some holiday spewing ($330 two days ago).

Also, I was playing 10nl but was having tilt issues and decided to mostly stay at 4nl till i recover my losses and prove i can go back to not tilting.

10 days. I had some ridiculous bad luck at 4nl and ran $60 below EV at one point (didn't think I'd ever run 15 bi's under). Had some fun spewing at 10nl also, along with some -EV. Managed to make a nice recovery run at 4nl and somewhat at 10nl.

Things are going well for 4 days into the new year.

As far as working out, my weight was up to 196 and has dropped back to 190ish. Relationship probs made me not want to eat. She ****ed me over big time on new years eve and I cut her off for 4 days but we made up today. Still in a fog over it all.

I am still interested in going to school for biochemistry if it doesn't ruin me financially for rest of my life (or maybe knowledge is worth it...) I hope poker can also continue to be an avenue for side income. Made $22 in 20 mins today 10nl,4nl. Future is bright.

One of the places I might consider for school is UNLV (only seems right).

9 days, 4nl, 10nl. $140 check is due here today. $300 check pending which I plan to deposit on Sportsbook finally for the Deposit Bonus and possible vip points. Would love to know if I could somehow get rakeback also. Have $259 to grind on Carbon for now.

Had my moments where I forgot how to play and make money this week. Epic 8.5 buyin downswing at 4nl with help of some suckouts also. Still managed a 17+BB rate.

Spent a lot of time with gf this week. Then she finds out last night her dad dies
I have been thinking about biochemistry a lot lately but don't want to leave my gf while she is torn and grieving. She will be torn if I make that choice anyways. Have grown really close to her but I want to move on eventually. She said her tubes are tied for a reason and I do want kids one day. Soon to be 30.
