Path to somewhere?! (SNG/MTT grind)

Hello,
My name is Pieter, i'm from Holland and i have played poker (semi) professionaly for about 10 years now. I started out playing Sng 18 mans on pokerstars, switched to cash games reached supernova+ 3 times and had some decent results.
The last few years i have played mainly sng's, wich is the format i enjoy the most. Also mix in some Mtt's. I have been all over the place playing multiple different sites. My focus is mainly on sng's of all different formats atm.
Last few years i have been playing semi-professionally. I've had some on and off jobs. But as of yesterday i'm without a job. So the plan is to go hard at poker for the coming months at least and see where it takes me. This thread is to motivate me and hold me accountable, because i have been slacking last year in terms of volume. I'm a world class procrastinator lol.Results are pretty meh because of it. It could be so much better if i dedicate myself more.
The plan is to grind at least 40 hours a week and study about 5 hours. By having a structured and healthier routine i hope i can reach these goals.
In my spare time i also enjoy playing tennis, cycling and i play in a darts competition

I'm also looking for some serious players to talk strategy or just general poker stuff with. Since i don't really have any friends who play poker seriously at the moment.

Starting off with a $500 roll mainly playing abi of around 4 dlr (i can reimburse if necessary but let's hope it doesn't come to that). I will apply strict bankroll management and hopefully gradually move up through the limits next month(s).I'm going to update this thread regularly (couple times a week) with poker results and maybe some other life stuff.
This week goals Wednesday to saturday (june 30th)
[] Play 400 Sng
[] Study 50+ icm spots
First 100 sng are in, off to a good start.

What's up guys,
So already too long ago for a update. I took some time off after my job was over to enjoy the weather. I think it will take me a little bit to get back in to the groove of things after playing parttime for quite a while. I'm looking to increase the volume per day this month.
[] Play 400 Sng. Definitely too optimistic for starters. Averaging about a 100 sng's (regspeed/turbo) a day should be pretty doable for me in the future i think.
[x] Study 50+ icm spots. Looked up more then 100 spots and did a review of my databse and found some spots where i'm losing too much/not winning enough.
Results so far:
Goals for july:

[]increase avg buy-in to 6dlr.
