deposited £10 on bwin start at 2nl like brm use brm for all following stakes of some sort (did lose bit of the tenner right off bat playing 2tables that new $6 shortdeck lol shame fun game but 2buyins just risky biscuits lol, may come back to it though at some later date)

using thread mainly to track progress set hud up so good to go, gonna just 4table regular tables and work on not tilting and playing a nitty boring exploitable style, not gonna go to war for every pot (swings would be mad even if had edge requiring bigger bankroll cause risk of ruin increases, so im gonna learn utilize a lower variance in terms of standard deviation 100/bb style of game so to degree play scared ha not too many breakeven longterm hero calls lol gonna try get it in good and bluff where i think bluffs more profitable than breakeven) yh no fancy play gonna be pretty polarised often and avoid tilt and playing stakes above my head and other formats omaha looking a you ha like plague.

you can do it op just realize that to play correct winning poker following proper brm is a very slow arduous process. even the best players w/ great winrates 10bb/100+ still have to play 1000s upon 1000s of hands to increase their bankroll.

work on ur tilt control variance sucks. yesterday i went on a 5 BI upswing which was nice because i was hovering break even for many hands so i finaly increased my roll a bit. then i sit down for a session later and lose 4 BI to things that were completely unavoidable KK < AT all in preflop, shoving AQ Ac on a J83 all club board and getting calling by AK he had no club in his hand and won lol, maniac going all in Q8 vs QK on 556Q board and getting an 8 on river. just tons of stuff liike that can and will happen multiple times in a row but you just have to go forth and keep grinding.

if your truly a winning player your bankroll will increase imho in 10k hands, 20k hands, and exponentially at 50k hands if your making correct decisions throughout. people who say you can have losing 10k 20k stretches i dont think its as much at lowest limits of micros because of how bad the players truly are so youll get gifted stacks left/right which makes variance not felt as badly.

2 years dude little over, ha im not even sure what graphs would look like lol seeing as i bounced around every stake and format ha 2-200 nl + plo and zero brm really my brm would go as far as sit at 2-4tables with whatever i had on me or in account also fact year of play was hudless (hate huds anyway still against them and be happy if they vanished banned completely), still holes deep thats forsure what ratios roulette and blackjack losses compared to poker no clue i know for fact ive lost truly silly amounts at blackjack roulette though and in very short time periods .
yh my hole isnt pretty ha weren't aware how big it truly was till few days ago.
if i did have graph though it would look weird ha cause there was lotta up down all around and back down lol.

short late night sesh, tilted off one stack, another stack and half was a good bluff 3b pot as caller but in hindsight bad vs opponent also happened to have decent holding he in particular was never folding ha.
so good start to sesh poor ending with the tilt and bad bluff stack basically almost tilted spewed off all edge almost and nearly turned it into breakeven waste of time sesh

so total thats 4bi big pots in tilt/spew so far in this journey, gonna continue to mentally up these big unnecessary losses

back on party not bwin now put £111/$146 mainly as it came up with had to deposit that to get a bonus $22 satelitte tourny ticket so i thought why not fu*k it, cause rolls bigger now rather than the £10 it was before playing 5nl will drop down to 2nl if i lose 2buyins though not messing around no more dont want to lose this deposit, so playing it safe especially with way i tilt.

first sesh went well didnt exactly have swell hands pre or post people just fancied paying me off more often than not, glad though cause means i recouped that £10 i lost on bwin at start of the thread, so hopefully onwards and upwards now.
gonna try play lots on weekends, and chill sessions in evenings when fancy it, sounds silly but i really wanna try get 36hrs of play in a week, think should be feasible if just go ham on weekends break up sessions through the day lots and lots, but feel like if wanna get anywhere gotta milk them weekend sessions and play well properly in them, there meant to be the time the games are softest so most profitable no?
so if could squeeze in 3hrs monday-thurs broken up in evening into 2-4sessions and play 8hrs friday-sundays again broken up throughout day in 20-1.5hr sessions.

lost stack could of won vs pure fish due to disconnection too had kings 4b pot disconnected on clean flop tables closed... so that sucks, need new laptop mine sucks connection issues and keyboard that doesnt work either now hence the on-screen keyboard lol nightmare, really should of prob just deposited less saved that £111 towards computer that actually works stays connected lol oh well prob take me month to save up for one, till then just hope i dont disconnect from big pots too often or little ones for that matter.

sorry for the ramble just really do want to see if i can be a winner at poker to find out that i need to avoid tilt and get in enough quality volume to accurately assess it and see if i can climb up least micro, low stakes ladder where there should be adequate fish so really no excuse on my part if cant do it, other than im a fish myself if i fail after got decent relatively tilt free volume in. but yh thats why i want to get the in the volume in kinda bad now so i have an idea.

if anyone has any bankroll management advice on how to approach it id be interested, even though im playing and like texas i actually most of time prefer playing omaha really (its more fun and in certain respects easier) but im so clueless with bankroll management particularly with that game where you can get very deeep vs others and swings are crazy i have some soul crushing sessions playing omaha ha and some amazing ones (biggest winning cash session was an omaha game in past).
