In. It will be good to see some discussion of mixed games - I played in a 30-60 HOSE game twice a week for about 5 years in the DC area (before the NL games came to town), and we had an added high-low draw game, 2 pair for high, 8 or better for low.

It was single draw but with a "spinner" face down in the middle which any active player could "buy" the use of for the price of a big bet. Added one last round of betting after the spinner purchase.

Thanks for being so descriptive in your posts. It's fun to go on the journey with you. You're so candid with everything, it makes for a great read. What a bummer that you had to run into cyborg Danzer during one of his invincible runs. The worst part is that he seems like a genuinely solid guy - it's impossible to hate on him. I hope he wasn't part of the contingent that you had a falling out with.

I hope you decide to keep this thread going. You're always an interesting read. I'm looking forward to checking out the new blog.

Again I appreciate the kind words. I'm a fan of Danzer and agree with your sentiments.

I'm happy to leave this thread open if it serves a purpose somehow, although I did start a new PG&C titled 10k On The Table; it'd be good to see you around in that one. Hope all is well on your end!
