I feel like online poker is dead, if 2017 compared to 2010 when I was around 18 playing on stars. The zoom plo has lots of fishes and I was profitably making money there & the rake system was good.

Recently, I still played back on 888, there was times when I saw a reg easily could make $30-50 playing multi tabling plo 1c/2c cash games/table.

Nowadays I been seeing cash games is so hard even in site like 888. Justify online poker is ****ing dead?!

If you mean hold'em, yeah, the game is getting more difficult. Other games such as Omaha is a very different story.

Omaha is gambling. You can make the right decision on flop, jam the turn with your leading % and still got outdrawn on river with overall 100bb

Tougher? Hell yeah!
And it's the case in everything these days imo.
Freedom of technology, ease of use and countless sources of information is the reason.
Poker is about making less mistakes thab your opponents.(or smaller you might say)
The information is out there for everyone. You have to try harder but most certainly you will catch up with the work you put in.
No pain no gain...

Same can happen in Holdem. Except if you make that sneaky check-raise on the turn with a set, when they have top pair. If you're only getting your money in postflop with sets, I can see why you think poker is dead, lol.

As a recreational pursuit - hell no!

As a means of earning a living - not yet, as the man say, but if you look at the dedication of those that are currently hacking it, it's a fkn tough grind.
