The thread update runbad is somehow a thing this month! Just got wrecked in the 2 short sessions I was able to play before heading to see family this weekend.

Feel like I played bare minimum B+ or A game, and given my W$SD was sub-35 nearly managing 45 WWSF is half decent.

Sup guys! Long time since last update!

Managed to grind out a bit more volume, but overall it still sucks a lot. Have been playing a bunch on my untracked site alongside stars so that for sure has contributed towards my poor volume. The ability to play up to 1kNL there though with >20% rb makes up the ev difference for sure. Can confirm I'll post a $250 freeroll at the start of next month although not sure what my volume target will be.

On the topic of news, I can now reveal I'm going to be joining Run It Once as one of their coaches on the Essential roster! Pretty excited about this, so look out for my first video to be released Thursday 1pm EST.

Really pleased results-wise with the month and the standard of my game overall, managed to make double digit ev bb/100! Despite struggling with motivation I managed to pull out (including untracked hands) a satisfactory amount of volume. I'm hoping that the freeroll will get me back on track for grind-hours next month in preparation for December where I plan to shot 400nl. So, the next 5 posters each get a $50 freeroll if I dont play a total of 110hours of poker next month (this way untracked volume will qualify as i've no way of recording how many hands I play there).

RIO vid was released yday - seems to be generally well received which is always nice. Not sure exactly what I plan for the next installment, let me know any ideas below if you have any. I'm thinking I might start a low-stakes series but not 100% sure.

Going to dinner tonight with some poker guys from London - Korean BBQ which ive not had before so looking forward to trying it. Maybe ill get some pics for the thread if I remember

Results-wise the month has started out pretty well. Struggled to get action on untracked site so -$100 or so there but +$1200 on stars. 7/110 hours down... a way to go yet but a good start

Nice video for RIO! Please try do some theory videos in future. Would love to see them. Some format like Francesco Lacriola. His videos are better than 99% of the elite coaches. Plenty of RIO coaches are doing already live play videos and tbh the value is somewhat meh.

Going to start this post out by saying a few things:

1. Zoom can go and suck my dick. The games have been good there recently, so I've hopped in but the historic trend of getting banged there continuously holds true.
2. I'm clearly a mental game whale and variance is a thing
3. I self-banned from zoom

Ok, now all thats over I'll give a results update for the month and how many hours I've played for the freeroll guys.

To be completely honest I'm a bit disappointed with my results for the month but ev isn't bad by any means - I'm just salty about donating to the zoom pool
