I mean if youre saying that, youre for sure miles above my skill level, but compared to being able to get 7-10 tables of minimum 1 decent fish per table its never that great imo

Power Rankings:

Alright, as requested by Don Melchor, happy to do some rankings (200nl reg tables). These are just my opinion, obv going to be influenced by variance, all will be top 3 and in no particular order. Best isnt going = best winrate, same way worst wont = worst winrate. Worst will be smth along the lines of = most easy to exploit reg vs reg etc. 3 categories:

Best Regs

- Madjic1
- Romzess II
- Thatsrb

Worst Regs

- Chirpybrox7
- Hotei168
- socito

Biggest Bumhunters

- Danil joker
- Peremogec8
- g3rka

Think this is pretty reasonable, def found 3rd place difficult for worst and best category.

Had quite a few days off towards the end of last month and at the start of this one, mostly feeling slightly burned out and personal commitments. Looking to increase volume before I head off to Germany for my dads bday in about a week.

Feeling pretty rusty but results so far are good. Today played with biggest rec player ive ever seen playing literally 90/85/80 vp/pfr/3b over 300 hands who went on a sick heater. Eventually lost back the 6BIs he won in 1 hour though Interesting to see how some 'regs' adjust to this (imo poorly), was a hilarious session.

MTD so far, all 6-max. I havent yet strayed into the murky depths of nitring or zoom which is promising.

Since my plans of going to Austria fell through Ive got to decide where I'm going to be living for the forseeable future, potentially a grindhouse or moving in with gf... not sure but defo stressing me a bit atm as living at home and want to be out ASAP since it was supposed to be a very temporary thing.

Have also come up with a conceptual idea that I'd like to do something challenging come the new year that will incentivise me to work on my fitness whilst doing some charitable good in the world. Marathons are out, but potentially could do a 100km cycle or Tough Mudder style thing. Anyone any ideas?

Grindhouse abroad imo. Unless you really want to settle down and put a ring on it, then dont move in with the gf - you are too young.

If your reaction to getting married is "meh dunno" then you are making a huge mistake, moving in is basically marriage with less paperwork.

Grindhouse in CR imo, and +1 to not getting married when its a meh Idk spot, thats how people get their 2nd divorce, etc

and for fitness you could try to do a triathlon, thats how I lost all my weight in a couple months, the grind of a diff workout almost every day is very easy going and it doesnt get boring, then after you get fit, you add the muscle, Calisthenics sounds about right lml

so overall plan is a grindhouse in CR, a few months + some training and then you go home to your girl with a clear mind

Fair comment, abroad not really an option for me atm tho.

CR is for sure an option at somepoint in future Ty for fitness ideas, I dont really like swimming much tbh is only thing haha. Would be open to getting better at it though

                    -----

Had an extremely busy month, gf's bday, visited my dad in Germany for his 50th, visited London and did some flat viewing to see if I want to move there, among other things. Volume is poor, hoping to make up for it by end of month.

Felt like ive been playing A+ game last couple of sessions, results for the month seem to agree and given the really low volume all in all I cant complain. Hoping that by the end of the month I can squeeze in 55k hands so it would be less of a pathetic showing

                                        End of week update:

At least made up a bit of lost volume for the month. Last 2 weeks have probably done in excess of 15hours study which is pretty remarkable for me. Had a couple of regs in game asking to study etc which I guess is a compliment and would be good to go through some population reads etc. I still think I'm way behind the top regs in some specific spots so got plenty of work to put in off the tables.

                                        IRL Stuff:

Got referencing done for place in London and booked in removals etc which is exciting. Learned just how expensive it is for decent furnishings, managed to acquire a sofa/footstool, bed and mattress so far, so expect that most of this months income is going to be invested in the new place, deposit and agency fees etc

On a seperate note, I have about 80gb of media from when I went travelling to sift through and although I've done some, theres a tonne left. Are pics smth guys ITT would be interested in seeing?

                                                ----------

Next post will be an end of month update. Moving to Wimbledon on 1st September so start of month volume will likely be slow, but WCOOP soon after so hopefully games will be good and can put in a solid grind.

                                                Month summary:

Alright, booking the month now, overall beyond disappointing but wcyd, sometimes its gonna happen. Worst month of poker in about 12 months $ won wise. About to pack all my stuff and head for London tomorrow, looking forward to a new chapter and all that stuff. Will be good to start a new routine and have my own office.

On the brightside theres a slim chance my month finishes well because got a piece of my friend in EPT Barca side event ITM with 2x avrg 100 players left and ~100k ftw... 1 time month saver?

                                                Results:

Some reason these arent perfectly accurate, my cashier shows im actually +$400 ~

Given that I feel I've run exceptionally poorly overall and also played far too many sessions of B game, I prob shouldnt be too disheartened with my ev bb/100.

Hopefully next month will be better results-wise.

                                                CG Update:

Opposite of last month so far - we're a chunk above ev instead
EV winrate disappointing, which is strange since I think im actually playing really well, and had just 1 session of B game. Hopefully its just variance.

Started mixing in some FR again which I was beginning to enjoy and then playing vs king nit Dante63s& co. after a while just made me want to blow my brains out so prob going to stop mixing it again. Seeing multiple professionals at a table with <43 WWSF and 19 VPIP is tragic.

                                                WCOOP

Only played 1 WCOOP so far which was the $1k Thurday Thrill which I was lucky enough to satty into for $75 + $55. Sold 20% at small MU to cover the expense and bank a small profit and took a relatively degen piece of myself. It went poorly, nothing really noteworthy just one of those MTTs that nothing gets going and bustout is std.

Was bored so flicked a couple of the $25 spin n gos WCOOP ticket version, managed to bink a $215 ticket and also won $50 so made a small profit there too. I hope to play a couple more of the WCOOPs, particularly when theres some 6-max events coming up.

Hopefully next update Ive binked and am a rich man, but until then glgl

But good luck crushing 6max bro, and yea don't bother mixing fr (please)
