Second week was really slow. I had really bad action and also just low stakes. I even watched some movie (or Ray Donovan) while I waited, which I usually never do. And I should not do that anymore anyway. Must be study, theory, discuss hands, review or think about poker!
I was slowly chipping up though, everyday got about 100€ or so and even one day that was better and with some higher action, turned bad towards the end for another low profit day.

In the end I saved myself from the red numbers and the days add up to some profit. I have played about 53 hours and got 1090€ profit. So all together at half of the month I was at 510€ profit and 98 hours at the tables.

At least 102 hours more to go. And this time focus and discipline, not watching TV and slacking off.
I also did Spanish pretty regularly, plans for next week are to continue. My wounds are healed to the point that I think I can start doing some activities this week, just need to be careful. Mindset is pretty good at the moment so let's go get it!

Nothing really happened otherwise, I was more or less just playing poker everyday a few hours at least. Outside of that am just thinking about how to plan the remaining of the year and manage money until I get to short term goals for bankroll amount and life roll amount. What to upgrade at working space and whether to go travel and where, to experience some more things on the bucket list, without sacrificing my poker progress. Many options, nothing determined yet.

Third week, again not good

I started fine and got my first stack on NL600 then at some point I was 7 stacks down vs one fish, most I ever was, on NL100 though, recovered 2 before he left. But still the beginning went pretty fine, was flirting with 2k€ profit before the weekend, but then just kept losing. Also getting bad beats, set ups under PP vs over PP, crazy guys 3betting 60-70% waking up with AA, KK hands, on NL600 also. Weekend was quite a disaster and especially my mindset got destroyed. After I finished the session on Sunday I felt super down and like a huge failure. Just it seemed I will not accomplish my 10k month, not this month but ever and guess I am just doing something wrong.

I took next two days off. Monday and Tuesday. I still had coaching, but I didn't play. I did get a bit more relaxed. After Sunday I was thinking I just have to accept the current situation and not feel down about it. I was forcing it a bit, because I so wish to finally finish this thingy. Also: maybe it is variance, I mean for sure on higher limits it is not going best, maybe it is my skill level (that is for sure also), maybe I must do some extra homework ,add more sites, watch more videos, review hands etc. Whining will not get me 10k month anyway, so all I can do is keep playing , try to get better and all I can do is have the best results I am able to have, be the best to my abilites. I also had a few almost 1k days, before stuff went crashing down, one day I did spew a bit and did some crazy moves and it is not like I am in the red anyway. So a few hands different and might be completely different month.

I still finish the week in some profit: I had 832€ profit and played 53 hours. The month is on 1344€ and 151 hours played.

As I took 2 days off I might not get to 200h, will be close though and I think I really needed some days off and rest. When I felt down after Sunday I also more seriously started to think to go to Thailand for 2 months. It will not take me long to get set up and atm I don't feel best in my current situation. So having some exotic food, 3-5dollar massages and relaxing at the beach would help my grind a lot.

So I might just do it! But anyway will try to finish the month and play as much as I can, hope for the best. Also I was watching some videos and doing some extra work, I can do much better though!

I will not give up in my pursuit to succeed!

I gave up in my pursuit...

Well not really, just felt funny to write it after the last blog ending, but I was quite down in my mindset.
After two days off, it didnt help me that much and my mindset was really bad. I played a few shorter session, but was just losing money. set ups all over and not sure if I played the best also. I was kind of defeated after that end of third week and these next days. 10k months and completion of the contract just seemed again so far and I was losing hope. Last day of the month I had good action but was just losing 80:20 situations and then one guy I stacked on NL200, destroyed me on NL400. Well not really destroyed, he was ultra bad, I maybe could make some better adjustments, but overall a possible 800/900 got turned into -800€ day almost. I did recover a bit but month ended at 823€ profit and 178hours played. So I did give up on 200hour month, but my mindset was not strong enough to keep playing more and I felt it is better I take a step back.
I think I burned out a bit in my wish to do it fast. This year I feel like I am chasing some running away goal and the bridge is burning behind me. I was way too results oriented and it effected my game.

So I think I need to relax and that is what my plan is for going forward.

That does not mean to not play poker and take a break. The plans for every thing stays the same:

I still want to do 200 hours of playing every month, just will try to relax about expectations. I also want to finish some theory videos I didn't do yet.

Spanish is coming along slowly and want to keep going at it.

Fitness- I can again slowly start to move after surgery and becoming active. I actually it is best to give my body some shock therapy after it was sleeping for so long and did some Insanity max 30. After doing pushups to failure, next day I realized it was a pretty bad idea. For a whole week I didn't just have muscle soreness, it was more like I am injured. I was in huge pain and was barely moving. But after it passes am sure I will be fine and be more resistant again .

In April I have some trips from before in plan. In fact I am right now in Naples, Italy for a week. Trying out the best pizzas on earth as here is also where the pizza was invented! Btw if you guys haven't figure it out, I am a huuuge fan of pizza. But the real, good quality pizza from the stone oven and with quality ingredients, not what they serve as pizza in many places

NAPLES

This week I was Naples. Got back on Friday. Was not really my plan to go, but one of my best friends needed some "bro" time and Naples was available for good price on the right dates, so I wouldn't miss the weekend. Still had plan to grind a bit and of course to try the best pizza's!

After we booked the tickets I read some worrisome news about the city online-> dirty, ugly, dangerous, stealing, driving almost impossible, mafia... I didn't want to get my laptop stolen and just wanted to work in peace. Luckily that news online is far from truth. It is southern Italy so ok you have chaos on the roads and some trash, but if you have traveled in Asia it is nothing really. Driving works kind of the same, use more your eyes and forget about right of way, you make your own way slowly and people will stop for you and so should you for them when they cut you off. When you get used to it it is easy.

Anyway Naples was pretty nice, it has awesome vibe and is full of life. I really liked it. Also beautiful site to Volcano and sea, weather is nice... It is just awesome.

We managed to try Gino Sorbillo pizzeria by the sea- really awesome, had to wait about an hour in line to get in. That is how it works here. No reservation and plenty of people that wait for it. We tried their special recommended Margarita. It was well worth it. At Starita we tried their fried pizza and Marinara. It was my least favorite, way too oily for me. Some salad with pizza like bread was amazing though. L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele, where I tried double mozzarella Margarita. He has only two different pizzas as he sis famous for these two. So refreshing and cheap. There was a line to get in, but as I went alone while my friend went to Museum I got sited to some table where a nice family of three were having a lunch... And then they just sit me at their table, destroying their intimacy. Same happened to some other solo eaters. Too bad they didn't sit me to 3 girls table that were talking English (and were not bad looking also), but ok my new Italian family was also pleasant, we just couldn't communicate and the younger son looked at me like I fell from space. Was a bit awkward at first but then it got fine. I would like to see how this would end up in Slovenia if they would want to sit some stranger to some group of people. Pretty sure everyone would get upset. Not here though. The last one was 50 Kalo and it might just have been the best place that I liked. Hard to decide really! Oh btw might sound funny to eat Margarita , but Napoli style pizza's a re a bit different, have really quality ingredients and special dough, so even simple pizza is awesome, usually has less ingredients, but those go super good together.

Other than that you have ton of Greek and Roman ruins to see. The most famous site to see I imagine is Pompeii, the city that got destroyed by volcano Vesuvius and a loot of the ancient Roman city got excavated. We walked there for hours and it was really interesting. We also went to Ercolano or Herculaneum, another such city. Really suggest everyone to see it, as it is awesome. Then just wandering around the city, chill at Piazza Vincenzo Bellini or in Chiaia by the sea, go up to Vesuvius, see some castles. There is still a lot I didn't see. I also met some Italian lady and chilled out at umm 4:20pm :P on the Vesuvius, a nice spot looking down at the city and sunset. She was really unfiltered and we actually got into a heated debate about gambling, very direct and no mister nice guy haha. It has been a while I talked to someone like that, that is basically a " stranger". I loved it- Italian style I guess.

The only problem we had was with parking and a car. Next to our apartment there were some expensive garages, so we decided to take our chances and leave it at the sidewalk where 10 more cars were parked. It was also holiday, so we thought it is fine. Not. We wake up early and have a parking ticket already for 48€ or 28€ if we pay soon. We are around all day and then in the evening contemplate what are the odds of getting the ticket here. Because garage was 20€ for the night and if we would run at 50% for the parking tickets with would be just 14€ per night by leaving it on the sidewalk. We decided to just put it in the garage in the end. Next day we rather went around and found a legit parking space where we had to put just a few € as during the night is free. Awesome solution and close to our home. Next day however everything was taken and we had early flight home. We were driving around for an hour and then just decided to leave practically close to our door. Much worse spot than first night, but it was later and just super convenient, so we took our chances (luckily we made it!). When we woke up before we had to leave for airport I even thought that now we left in a place where a tow truck could easily get our car, which would really suck as we were on a tight schedule for everything but well luckily we didn't even get a ticket. Next to parking, I forgot on our last day the lights turned on, so the car battery died... Had to wait for road assistance for quite a while, but luckily they hooked us up and all went well. Next we drove 30-40 min in big traffic to a totally wrong direction as my friend set it wrong to the GPS and lastly there was a situation before the returning of the car. We had to leave the full tank on the rental car return as penalty otherwise is high and like 100m before the return parking lot one line of fuel drops! Ok, we drive past and find some automatic gas station at 5am opened, where you have to first put money in and then fill it. I put 5€ in and the tank is almost full already it automatically stops the pump. It was enough for 3 liters, we made like 20-30 km from our home to airport and car is a mini Citroen C1 . Great, I turn on the car and the fuel is still not full! We have just 10€ smallest bill left so we have to put in that one. I start pumping and soon as I press it it stops pumping out gas. I keep pressing and gas start already leaking out of the car. Can't get freaking fuller than that! Car was happy after that and that was the last thing, pretty funny happenings.

As for poker I managed to play a few hours in the house! I booked apartment that had small digital TV so I could use it for extra monitor 13 hours on the trips, but especially after I came back it didn't go according to plan as I was sleeping a lot. P,an was 50hour this week, will do a few less in the end.

On Monday I moved to Thailand! Yeah I know I said I will not go until I finish, but *** it. I felt a bit stuck, specially without a good result in MArch and my mindset started to get bad. Had trouble coping with loses, and bad beats, started tilting much more as usually. So here I think it will help me to relax and I hope that third time is the charm and I can finally grind it hard here as well. As I know Phuket inside and out it should be fast to settle down, not too expensive and not much downtime to get it going! I decided super fast about it and just went. I also did packing gain last minute, but this time I might have forgot to take a lot of things with me, as my bags were half empty. We will see. I for sure forgot my headset

I had a pretty nice connection to Thailand and this time didn't stay any days in Bangkok but continued straight to Phuket. The plane was pretty empty so I had both seats to myself for an easy sleeping. I had plenty of time in Bangkok so I chilled there slowly, when I found out I forgot to take one of my luggage. Took a bike helmet with me, no big deal, but I still decided to try and recover it. The problem was that next flight was approaching fast. I had to wait at information, went again through security and one guy found my bag with helmet luckily. i had about 5-7 minutes to catch my next flights check in, was a bit of running and drama, but I made it Always gotta be a close call :P...

First days I am at my friends house, was sleeping a lot, but I already found and rented my own place. Today is Songkran so I couldn't move my things without everything getting wet, but tomorrow I go on my own and the real grinding starts. I got food poisoning yesterday evening from some tourist restaurant, not even local thai so all night and day I was recovering from it. Not too pleasant

Oh It has been a long time since I updated!!

I actually wrote something a few times already, but then finished session and went to sleep all tired. This time I didn't forget about everything and start partying or so. Actually a lot of things happened!
Right next day, after the Songkran I moved my stuff to my new place. Carry on and laptop is easy, where I got stuck was trying to transport the big luggage. I was sure I can do it alone somehow. You know how in Asia you see whole family on the scooter, closets and everything can be transported so what is one big luggage. So after about 15 minutes of trying all different angles I found the solution?

No I didn't. I made 5 meters like this, the suitcase moved and I couldn't steer the wheel anymore, almost didn't end too good :P Well with my friends help it was easy, just having suitcase between us.

After moving in I already started to grind. The welcome in my new place was typical to my traveling grind. The standard Asian downsing haha. Actually in Neaples I was up almost 1k and then at home had disastrous session before leaving to Thailand and today I lost most of the little profits that were left for the month. One bad moment in the new apartment was a short 1-2 sec electricity fail, which made whole internet go away for much longer and me losing the opponent. Too bad I didn't take the UPS I bought in Thialand 2 years ago that I would give them to plug the modem in .
But whatever, can buy sim card 4g as it is stable option.
On Sunday I met with Somebody- the previous BPC head coach and the 1year1mill group if any of you know them. I met the crew last year and they were all really amazing so it was really cool to see Somebody again. Of course word also fall to poker and it was very inspirational. I got home all hyped up, started playing and doing good, this song rolling in my head, seeing the 10k month materializing:

, until I got destroyed by one villain and called it a night :P and went to have a massage.
So my last 4 sessions were at about - 1050€ and my month was at a very sweet 8€ of profit!
WEEK3:
Next day, Monday 16th of May I started a now almost traditional 7 days-70 hours of playing challenge with another student I am helping out that is raising up through small stakes. He never played so much before that. The one who doesn't make it pays the other one 50€. Since I was traveling so much this month, I accepted as I needed to put some hours in anyway.
In the morning I went to my scooter place as I had a deal I can swap the scooters as this one had some things broken. It ended with me trying out 5-6 scooters, until they brought a brand new scooter from the back, cool color also, just 1800km made. Love it I had to take it for a spin and went for a cruise half an hour away to the Central Plaza, big shopping mall. Spent there quite some time and bought some things I had in plan, but still not everything. To not make a story too long I grind-ed otherwise a lot but falling behind a bit. On Wednesday I found where the shop I was looking for was atat (even further away) and just decided to go in the morning, when a huge shopping spree hit me. So I got a bit carried away, bought ton of stuff (clothes and flip flops) spend all day around and was too tired to play also. So I had to do some 15 and 16 hour session for the weekend, but I made it
Even though I was grinding so much I still jumped to the gym twice and also had a Muay Thai session one day. Oh man, after operation I am so out of shape so it was hard to make it through, but it was awesome also. I got a bit banged up as it was a long time since I last trained. I also pulled the skin out of my knuckles, so needed to wait to heal before taking next session. Pretty productive week though and I also got 50€ as my friend didn't make it. So with this 50€ I will probably buy new muay thai gloves or a custom tailor made linen shirt. One option would also be a new desk and chair I was looking at that as well as current situation is for sure not the most GTO:

Not one of the biggest tables in the world, it is surprisingly not as bad as it looks though.

Profit was again up and down a looot! Ah really tough to play, I think my game is fine, but I am just running into coolers and opponents just have the goods all the time. I did manage to also have some ok days and in the end finished at about 1200€ for the month.

Monday was a day away from the computer, it has been a while and after successful week it is not a better free day to have than Thailand. I went small shopping to really pimp my place up and now I have everything I need (plate, bowl, fork and spoon, tea maker etc.), bought mostly at 20 baht shop haha (50 cents). REally happy about it. Then I went to the gym and to the beach. Visited the Slovenian owner at MOM restaurant as he is leaving back home and I promised him to meet him before he goes. Had a nice chat and an awesome food, ordered my favorite and a lot as I broke my fast with that!Still doing intermediate fasting btw.

After that I went to have a nice classical Thai Massage. It is amazing how they crack you up and relax the muscles, feel like new after it. And then also had some Wagyu beef burger and watch a movie for the end.

Good life!

And last week that is how everything goes. Going to the gym, grind, eat, beach and I also went thai boxing. starting next week I will try to go 4,5 days per week. I went to some new gym, they gave me horrible gear, I really need to buy my own, but the session was awesome. Lots of pad work and they even put me sparring, which felt really weird to me after such a long layout. Was fun though, my stamina was failing me, but will get there. Again banged up, so I went to fitness instead on Saturday.

If I will continue with a nice grinding hours and go to Thai Boxing, it will be a really nice 2 months grind get away . Just hope the results also pick up as this month was quite hard, action was also very bad for me, but I think it is because I played at really bad hours, must use the Asian time zone better!

Not sure about results yet, but I think was more or less break even this week so nothing to write home about.

Oh btw was raining a bit here last days, even lost electricity once, so will see if I will move again to Bali, as I am here for such a short time I don't really want to do it as it takes lots of time and money to travel and find new place, scooter etc. etc. Everything is possible though :P

Hey all!!

So it has been a very long time since I updated the blog! It was quite an up and down affair with my results, with my mindset... well business as usual

I would be too long to write about everything that happened as there was a LOT of things. Will try to do it fast and mention most memorable things!

April ended with 180 hours played and 1425€ profit. I continued my full life with gym, muay thai, relaxing at the beach and grinding. Was petty nice life wise.
However the results were still getting at me. I am just not happy with not succeeding to earn some more serious money or reach my goal of at least 10k per month.

Month of May started more easy as I finished April hard. As I injured m hand with the sucky gear I got at training, I finally went and bought my own gloves:

I also met with @SiKWiThIt and his gf. We talked for hours the first day and they were both so great, very positive energy, it was really fun to meet them. We also met quite a few times after that and we still talk a lot with Jordan, became friends. So I am sure we will meet again in the future and crush it
Also met Somebody again and went to party with him and some of his friends. Was a crazy night, bottle of Chivas etc.

I was kind of thinking a lot about my life, poker and everything and got a bit of a downer going on. I just felt stuck, not just in poker but in life. Just didn't really know how to proceed and what to do. So I used first days to socialize more met some really cool people, had some adventures, pushed myself a bit out of comfort zone, living life a bit and felt better about myself again, felt again alive. I think that is what I was missing a lot. Just sitting at the computer, alone, even going to muay thai training where I met some people and so, it was all too solo for me. Specially with not having too much success with the thing I put the most time into and my life was organized around it.

Also my internet and electricity interrupted my grind and was less and less sure I want to stay in Phuket for another month. Just wanted to change. Right at that moment, a fellow BPC student that lives in Bangkok and had a free room for 2 weeks invited me to join him there. That was a perfect solution for me. MY rent would just run out then I could go for 10-14 days to him and last 2 weeks maybe spend in Bali, Vietnam or wherever. That lifted my spirits and I spent those 2 weeks grinding a bit, losing a lot and therefore enjoying more the outside life of poker.

Sunset on the beach

Sight seeing

good food and some pool and music

The result wise before Bangkok I was at about - 1600€ and played 50-55 hours.
In Bangkok was awesome. 1 month alone was enough and it felt good to meet the fellow grinder. Also he is a really cool guy and we really were on the same level. Both more relaxed, not tilting by the tables much and we talked and joked and grinded our asses off also. IT was really great 2 weeks. I also met quite a lot of people and grinded and went out or met someone almost everyday. OR hanged out with my host. We went out once, for a nice all you can eat chicken wings in some fancy club scene and good music and then continued after.

The other memorable moment was the best Mexican restaurant ever-El MAriachi. Really Authentic, owners came from there, they do everything by themselves and it was Taco Tuesday, so it was all you can eat Tacos and I made a huge advantage of that.

IT was awesome and for my last two weeks I was thinking of going Bali or Vietnam. Decided kind of on Vietnam already to go make myself some bespoke suit, but with Visa and airplane ticket cost, I decided to first go back to Phuket, stay there just close to the airport as I usually go south and have never really been hereand join Jordan in Krabi for week as I was never there yet.

Got a really nice Bungalow 50 meters from the beach in Mai Khao. Finally had also a nice chair and desk to work with:

I recovered my loses poker wise, but had some other misshaps with currencies and some sites so ended up -700€ if I remember correctly.

I grinded a bit, went out and I met some super awesome girl there. She just came to Thailand a few month before to work, otherwise also traveled a lot and we just really clicked. So that is how I spent most of my time with her and also moved my ticket for one month later to go home. As we had similar schedules for working, it was a pretty productive. I grinded in the mornings, chilled in the evening and went around the island on free days, exploring new areas.

Small more hidden beach, the Banana Beach. REally nice, there were also like 6 models doing the photo-shooting

Glamping at SametNangshi Viewpoint

Krabi-Railay beach get away. Reggae vibes beach, you can get to only by boat and we met with Jordan (SiKWiThIt) and his GF again, went paddling and just always fun with those guys.

June ended at 2800€ profit. That was really active month on all areas at poker and outside of it.
So that was that for my Thailand adventure. I had to go home then to see my friends, go on a nice wedding that one of my best friends had, see the family etc.

July- Might be again combined with after travel change, but just in poker I felt really stuck. Bankroll was not at the best level, results were kind of bad again. I felt so bad, also as BPC camp was approaching and I really wanted to finish the contract, but it just didn't go anywhere. I was tilting a lot, I played pretty bad, started doing some funky moves (which actually helped me a bit as I was playing bad and this got my mind working again). I played short sessions, met friends and close ones and just decided to take it easy. A friend, that is now a coach, again offered me a bet for playing hours challenge. I was really not ready for it this month, not in the mood, but he upped the stakes so I just went for it. Hardest challenge ever. Not in mood, short fuse to tilt even outside of poker, was really hard to get going, got myself in a big hole and almost gave up a few times, but somehow sticked to it and the results also turned, recovered from the red numbers to about 1500€ profit. (plus the bet won). Better then being in red numbers Played a bit over 200 hours.

Then a really big thing happened! Maestro, the coach I was with in Thailand 3 years ago, became my new coach. That was my huge wish. As it was my goal after BPC to go really hard into HU, do PIO and so, here Maestro was doing just that. Unfortunately August for me was super busy with a few days long bachelors party and then soon after the wedding in Poland where I also took a week long trip. I was super excited to start learning all of the new things in poker but had to wait a bit.

Bachelors party in Siofok, at Balaton lake in Hungary was crazy. Really nice environment there, crazy party town:

Next it was Poland. I was pleasantly surprised about Krakow and Warsaw, really nice cities. A lot of it was touristic, visiting Schindler's Factory, Auschwitz etc. (Really crazy things, but don't wanna go into it much in the blog), and of course as is my thing good food.

Zapiekanka, pierogi, goulash etc. Really easy to drink cherry Wodka dangerous and best gigantic meat skewer, with plums and fruits and burning apple

Was a really nice trips, wedding was beautiful, so half of the month went buy before coming home.

Next half of the month I immersed myself into studying and playing a bit. First just kept studying, but not implementing stuff as I was hoping a get some profits. As it didn't go so good I decided I will just make a switch and even if I lose, at least I will learn faster. After that it was just amazing. Of course I needed a few days to adjust and still I don't know many of the spots, I could somehow use my basic fundamentals, adjusting and new strategy and felt really good at the tables. Lot of time was also used analyzing spots and ranges. Every hand was again interesting, poker was again amazing. A the tables I could also battle much more effectively. I made some huge blunders, but school costs It will take me a lot of time to learn and effectively implement the strategy really good. But I felt I am having edge, I could see easier where my edge is coming from, just started the playing with quite some ridiculous bad beats, but I was ok. Again my focus was on being the student of the game, not grinder for money. I was break even'ish until the last day where I had a good day. Went from - to about + 800€. played about 60-70 hours. After that I just felt really good and things started happening.

September I started playing and got to a quick 2k profit, then had to take care of quite some things, see my friends before again not seeing them for awhile. The plan was to go to Marrakesh on a BPC camp and then a few days later back to Thailand for a bit longer this time.

Morocco was just amazing. It was so awesome to meet all of these great people, most of them talk daily on Skype, cool to meet the coaches, old now really successful students, am really happy I went. On top of that it was also super fun. Great dinners, poker tournies and playing, driving quads in the desert, playing paintball.... We had a whole Riad bought up, just for ourselves, so party and all was not a problem. Awesome few days!
Also had quite some stories, like driving around on a scooter with some random local, checking a lot of stuff, overall was a nice get away, even though maybe not the biggest fan of the place. It did look like a fairy tail when I came there first night. Seemed like in an Aladdin's movie.

Marrakesh at night, leather making(looks kinda scary),
and the fun activities

After few days at home I packed up and moved back to Thailand. This time together with my girl. Had already optic fibre internet set up just before I came, so all is ready and I am slowly redecorating my small house. It is really fun to do that, combining colors, buying some furniture etc.

I grinded also and got to 4100€, played about 80 hours I think.

October I started with playing to finish up, otherwise keep shopping and upgrading stuff.
I just up
dated my workstation with 50" 4K TV Not expensive TCL, but good bang for the buck) ( got also keyboard not on he picture so laptop serves just as a PC, no monitor or keyboard used on it, have it closed down most of the time)

before............................................ .................................................. ....after

Other than that all normal. Back to good food and fruits. Previous week my girl took me to a surprised event and it ended up being a cooking class. so sweet. Really great chef and I learned how to do 4 of my favourite dishes! Really tasted like in restaurants, also very useful for a quick healthy snack

And last but not least!
On Sunday was about 500 and some € away from finishing the contract. Was about to go to sleep, but as I haven't played for 2 days already I decided to go and finish this. It started bad, with losing, bu I recovered and ended up just over the mark! Felt weird and great, but I finished my 60k journey! . I know I ended it kind of abruptly in this update haha, but that is that.
This was my last week (month actually) of playing:

And this is it!

What feels good is that I feel really good at the tables, last month and a half I learned and progressed so much! Got so much awareness and definitely play/am better than I ever was. Had some great battles, love to play poker gain. I also have a big path laid out in front of me, so much things to study that this doesn't feel like and end at all, but more like a beginning..

Hey all!!

It has been awhile.

MY solo career started with some crazy hands, suckouts and runouts. The magic is gone haha. Like flopping nuts, getting almost all money in by the river and then get runner runner 4 color or double paired etc. Also when the money went in on turns or flops or preflop didn't go good. But I felt I had edge bascially in all of the matches. Could avoid 2 or 3, but even there it is fine.

I did notice also quite some leaks in the game that made some matches close and tough that could be avoided. So I decided to start studying a lot and playing a bit less until I am more satisfied.
I am not always very effective and procrastination is a problem. If I don't start when I wake up, usually my day goes to nothing. (Unless I wanna work over the night, this works, but kinda want to avoid it, to spend some time with the miss and to have time for gym and just feel better all around) So last week I am back at it everyday in the morning. Also started playing more again, but am really glad for the study period. I still have ton of things to do, but am playing much better some situations now!

I also played a session of NL6max, just to try it out. It was fun, but I like HU more. Can't wait to dabble also into that world as well. I estimate it will happen in January and until then I will work on my advanced strategy in HU I still struggle to find a good balance between studying and playing. Meaning I just wanna play all the time, when I am by computer. But as I always want to do everything at once , so I put a bare minimum requirement I need to do or I don't go to sleep. So that is study one board and one action (like CB flop or turn or...) (about an hour) and play 5 hours. Of course when I start working it is easy for me to play 8-10 hours. Just need to start in the morning and not feel overwhelmed, so when I put low minimum, that I feel like I can finish fast, I always make a good day out of it. My goals for the month are otherwise playing 200 hours and do 20 different boards to study.

Anyway, my solo career graph is:

Also did ok on some not tracked sites, but yeah it must be one of the biggest under EV downers I had in such a short period in HU. I am slowly recovering. I am table selecting a bit more until I do. I needed also some money for life, so my Bankroll went into too low for my liking territory. Because of that I am still on some budget restrictions and a bit smarter with my usual spewing. Oh also had to not go on some trip because of that... Not cool, but sometimes you gotta be smart :P With all the profits for myself even with traveling it will be easy to build up, specially with big months ahead of me. At the end of December I will be rolling and starting to hit up NL1k games. Can't wait!
So this month is going better (well not really good but I am in profit haha), I am going for some record month and I am pretty sure until January I will hit the 10k month mark (I think this month or December it should happen, I just don't see it not to haha). Was thinking of making a bet out of it, but not sure how to form it and what are the odds. As my best month is like a bit under 6k (but like 6 and something in EV) , so I am a huge underdog, Also am not rolled even for NL600 atm. Well will see if someone gets in with the offer haha.

Other than that last week and a bit my health is not the best. First my throat was hurting 2 days, after that I just am coughing my lungs out. I think I am recovering slowly, don't have headache anymore where I couldn't do anything and my fever seem to be gone. But yeah had to miss a paintball event as well, because of it. And also haven't been in the gym for two weeks now because of painting and now health. Hate it! Not running best in these regards, but it will turn around Diet is still pretty good so am getting skinny, but getting way too skinny haha. I will however keep it up one more month and then moving to maintenance and see after that month if I wanna cut more or just start bulking (finallly!!!). It will be a longer process, but I wanna do it right this time around. Should see some noticeable difference by next summer.

I will also go out of Thailand soon, have to do a visa run. Going a short flight away for Malaysia, island of Penang Never been and heard good things about it.

Other than that it is all about grinding and studying again, gotta go get it!!

I gotta grind, won't stop...
