First i have to say, sorry for my bad english. but i am trying also too improve my english during the CPF program.
My situation
My name is Robert from Germany. I’m 44 years old and i think thus one of the oldest guys in this forum – but **** happens 😀 I have a nice wife and a wonderfull 2y son with her. From my first marriage i have 2 daughters (13y and 15y). I work for myself since more then 20y. About my live i can write here for 2hours. Its crazy and not the lives of 95 % of the population. The last 12 Month we lived on Koh Samui in Thailnd. we had a nice House with pool and stuff – see some pictures. I played more then 20y pool billard. Sometimes i went to the gym, sometimes i went swimming or made parties 😉 But after the party time, i live very healthy and after Thailand is my weight down to 78kg by 1,96m. I practiced there a lot of sport. After i start in Germany Krav Maga, i trained a lot of Muay Thai of Koh Samui. Back in Germany i go 4times a week (5:30am) running and still too Krav Maga and Muay Thai. My Goal till end of the Year is back too 80-82kg
My poker story
I started to play some about 8 years ago, just for fun. Played some live tournaments and Online, won a little bit and had fun. One of the reason why i am go to Koh Samui was to meet some guys from Pokerstrategy. They are living since 4y on Koh Samui and they are very successful HU players. But i start to grind NL50 and NL100 Zoom 6max. After 3 Month i decided to change too HU and learn a lot. But then i thought: come on, you are on koh samui with your wife, your son and your dog. you met wonderfull people from Russia, Italia, France, Sweden and China….. so, enjoy your live. After them i learned something about HU, defence Ranges, watch a lot of movies on RunitOnce (we share a account) and play sometimes HU50 and HU100 with a small success.
Why I want to join CFP?
Its very simple: I need somebody who is kicking me in my ass 😉 and i hope we have here a good comunity, help eachother and have together fun! Off course there is another reason: money. Money from poker can give me INDEPENDENCE… What does it mean…? It mean that I am not a big hamster running in one big ****…g wheel of life… *
