No progress and again NL2

Hi everyone.
I play poker about 5 years, only on micro, usually NL 2-10, once i was attacking NL25 without success.
i made about 1000$ yearly, not to much, but i was a "little bit winning player".
This year is awful.
I have read Crushing the Microstakes, I was trying to learn more than earlier, I feel i know more about game, but... I lose.
I feel like if the world of poker made a huge step - every single player except me.
