Hi,

I have started threads before and have achieved my goals (albeit a long time ago, and want to stay anonymous) and want to have some motivation for the goal that I'm going to be trying to do this year (hopefully in 6months)

I'm going to start with a $1,500 bankroll and play NL50HU to start, with the ultimate goal to get to NL600, with BRM.

The journey started today, I will be grinding at least 3hours a day and will be exceeding that whenever I can.

I will first progress with 30BI BRM for any level and when I start to play NL200/400 again, I shall start building the bankroll to finally reach $60,000 (100BI for NL600)

I will post an update for every day when I play, I have not worked out what days I'm going to be taking off as of yet, and playing it by ear.





Not much to say about Day 1, got a good start going with volume wise but ran pretty bad and never really got the amazing up swong for the start of the challenge... I'll let the graphs do the talking for today. Was only aiming for 1,000 hands today but kept running into really good villians and didn't want to waste the opportunities.

Only winnings at the table for the time being, only playing on one site until NL200, then will add more sites and start using RB around then.

Today was a hard day.. I never wanted to quit the tables and I felt like I was playing pretty well the entire day, but cards just never fell my way when I needed them to. My EV isn't exactly great but I'm not to worried just yet seeing as pretty small sample.

Going to spend the rest of the day doing some study, and analysis my hands. Bonus bad beat hand.

Cards are crushing me again, think I netted my first winning day on the year, finally. Still down for the year, but up EV wise. Never got in the full 1,000 hands today.

I am at parents for Christmas and going home on Sunday so we went to the cinema today, when I got back I was extremely tired but in 1 session then ended up falling asleep for an hour or so.

Still not much to talk about, and tomorrow is my last day grinding unless I take a day or two off as have a uni exam on the 9th that I need to prepare for, and also travelling home on sunday so will have people to see and things todo that day.

Heres todays graph, and in total just to keep it complete, will stop posting total graphs every day after this one and will wait for 'x' peroid of time, or whatever you lot think.

So.. haven't updated for a few days, not much has changed. I'm now back at my place and not the parents which means my setup is back to normal, got revision todo for the end of this week and apart from always falling asleep at the poker table whenever at a casino things are going good.

I have all my hands now since starting this challenge so will post an updated graph. Internet is super super unreliable at the moment so getting that sorted and then will be able to get into the actual grind again.

Really tired lately towards the end of the day, you know, the normal time to get tired. Which is really weird for me as I normally get up fairly late.. But just in time for uni again I guess.

In regards to actual poker and everything, I'm probably going to put a decent amount of hands into NL50 before I move up.. I say decent, but probably around 10,000 more and then shoot NL100 with a fairly big cushion.
