From NL25 to Unknown

Hi this is my first post on 2+2,so far i´ve been a winning player at nl25, but since i've tried a shot at nl50 and i lost 10 BI in 2 days my game decreased the level and i tilt often.This are the stats and graph of my losses since i've start to play at Full Tilt:
I need to start a chalenge to motivate myself to play poker, improve my game and stop to play in auto pilot mode.The goals for the next months are :
-to be a solid winner at nl25 and nl50.
-go up to nl100 in 6 months.
For last i apreciate some advices of how i can improve my game such as series of training websites, threads and other things that i can study to be a better player!?

Update first day of challenge.
I play most of the day in Lock Poker, i run pretty well and i win more than 4 BI at the tables in NL20.
with cashback profit of the day-110$
I have made a transfer of my bankroll in Full Tilt to Pokerstars, so i will play PS during the afternoon when lock has lower traffic.
