I think that turn you can sometime check, because 2 is a blank and he will not fold a lot of his range. We can get a free card and realise our equity on some rivers. But his range looks weak and your turn bet is not a bad option. River is a lot better to check, because 7 is helping to his range very often and if you check back you still can win on showdown sometimes (not very often, but sometimes do).

So I think river is a check back, yeah. And you have not an option to x/f because you are in position.

thank you for the feedback

Definitely felt like he was weak but as you said, I should maybe exercise a bit more caution

I'd bet bigger ott (7-8BB min), river either b/f or x/c.

An argument could be made for raising flop.

I think I made a mistake on the T/R here, should I be betting 50% on turn or x/c x/f turn and if no bet on the turn should I be betting 50% on river?

Finally a day (so far) to be happy with. I obviously was hitting the right cards but also didn't really put a foot wrong plying wise.

I've been paying attention to the comments on other posts (not so many here) and picking up tips on what I'm doing action/betting wise that could narrow my range to vilain. I'm not sure how relevant that is at toiletstakes but I'm slowly but surely making less and less mistakes

Trying to capitalise on others mistakes

Went back to the Crossfit box today,
warm up was double unders (flight simulator) which is basically double unders but you go up in increments of 5.

e.g. do 5 unbroken, stop, do 10 unbroken, stop, do 15 unbroken etc etc

Managed to get up to 45 (a personal best)

Tekkers part of the day was hollow press practice with a partner and muscle up progression practice

The wod was

5 rnds of

400m run
10 ring rows
10 jumping pull ups
10 box jumps

I managed 3 rnds in the time (think it was a 15 min timecap)

What I learned today:

Don't take a long break from exercise!

@Lavinin Thanks mate, it's hard going (mostly down to me haha)
I'm playing 4 tables and trying to get over 500 hands per day , most days I'm hitting 1k hands
Bankroll management is 20 bi per level so going to move up to 5nl at $110 (for the $10 cushion and so on, when I get there)
I hope I get to it mid october too, christmas is coming!
